SHOCKING! Absolutely appalling probably the most hopeless app we ever used, too much hassle for booking clubs let alone to cancel one without contacting the school! How is this app still being used around school is amaze me and to say on their web ‘the most popular school management software’ you are having a laugh! Nothing was wrong with the previous app so why change something that’s not broken??

The app is a Mess!

The interface of the app is so-counterintuitive that my teacher got fed up of using arbor and started using paper registers and paper seating plans. When I try to do something it says FORBIDDEN, I honestly think that a computer studies student had a task to make a classroom managment program and they rushed it at the last second!

We used EduLink One before and if you are a principle reading this, PLEASE USE EDULINK! I wouldn't even force my worst enemies to use this. Its literally so bad!

Absolutely terrible system, whether it’s the App or online. My children’s school has just had this installed and it’s rubbish, one of the biggest mistakes they’ve made. Tried to register first time and it wouldn’t accept the verification information I provided (and I know it’s correct). I got in touch with the school and they were unable to help as it’s a new system for them and when you contact the owners, Arbor, they say they can’t help and palm you off back to the school. Funnily enough they don’t provide an option for feedback! Unfortunately the school is stuck with this system but if this was bought from a shop I would be demanding a refund! Would like to give it 0 stars but had to give it something.

Can't even log in or make up a password. Absolutely awful my daughter is so anxious about her school trip to London and I can't secure her space. Bring back pre millennium cash for god sake

The only good review of this on Trustpilot isn't even about the Arbor app, ironically, which I've reported to Trustpilot. This app is absolutely diabolical and clearly has been for a good few years with NO changes. I have no idea why my child's school trust decided to move to this. Their lack of customer service and fobbing parents off to schools - who are NOT technically qualified to be advising on why this app isn't working - is a big red flag.

Terrible app, so hard to book an afterschool club, way too many clicks and god forbid you don’t have enough money on the balance to cover for the clubs you will have to start over the whole selection process as there is no way to top it up, and even worse you can’t cancel the clubs on the app you have to contact the school office ?! Ridiculous

This app is awfull to use on top ot that it forces password changes so thats me locked out as it needs the password i dont use as its normally a fingerprint login so ive no odea now what it is so gave up and switched my kids to packed lunch

This is quite possibly the worst app I have ever used. Unbelievably over complicated. Why so many clicks to action a simple request. This does not even deserve one star. I cannot believe this was ever launched. This app is shocking.

Why isn't zero stars, or negative stars an option? Loath to give it one star, but oddly, that's the minimum I have to give in order to leave a review! [Come on Trustpilot - that really doesn't make a lot of sense.]

As a school governor, I felt compelled to leave negative feedback about this app.

Arbor refuse to help parents resolve issues. Instead, they make the school responsible for all of it's application support to carers/parents.

So assuming my child's school are giving me the correct information:

Arbor designed an application that never considered that two parents/carers might both like to receive important messages about their child. Only one parent (my spouse) can receive messages, despite us both having accounts for the same child. We can see notices and approvals. But important messages? - No, they can only ever go to one parent/carer with Arbor!

Terrible terrible terrible. Avoid at all costs. The school hate it, the parents hate it.

im writing from a pupils view arbor is rubbish it reminds me of being sick in my mouth the colours look like sick and the website is just bad in every way WORST WEBSITE EVER

Worst app I have ever had to use. Seems to actively make the homework experience as bad as possible for students and parents. Cannot imagine any workplace ever using a system so full or errors and issues.

Sam and the team at Arbour could not have been more helpful with my move in. They went above and beyond to help me, I can't thank them enough. My apartment is stunning. I am incredibly happy to be here and Arbour really does have a community and support.

Our school have moved from Sims and class charts to Arbor and we all hate it. It is very difficult to use. Simple tasks that could be done quickly now take twice as long. The kids and parents hate it too! Just awful. It's making staff miserable as none of us know how to use it and not one person in school can provide adequate training as nobody seems to be able to use it properly!

I HATE this website.... I think the fact that they specifically tell you that under no circumstances are you to contact them but rather go through the school pretty much says it all.

I have literally spent nights awake crying at the mess this company has put me in. There is nothing in my invoice box because I have paid my childcare bill.... There is no record anywhere on the site that I even had a childcare bill it just says a balance of £0 but it means I can't now claim back my childcare costs because although I have proof I paid them I have no proof that I needed to. Surely this company should be trying to save schools work but now I must request the school admin to create me a document saying that I owed this money in the first place. What is the actual point of them.

The website and app is ridiculously user unfriendly, I kind of stumble across things by accident.

As so many other reviews have stated, if I could give minus stars, I would.

Useless. I really wish my kids school didn't use this app. Absolutely rubbish. Doesn't work half the time and very poor design.

Truly awfully application. There is no way to contact teachers, the web version just doesn't work, and the navigation is absolutely appalling. There is no way this was properly tested before it was released otherwise these basic tasks would have been picked up. Possibly the worst application I have ever had to (try) to use. I would emphasise "try" as it cannot be used for anything of any actual use!
