Great product, good communication and delivery !

Excellent, sturdy, well made product.
Easy to put together; pre drilled holes.
Advice would be to put all scews in as far as thread...particularly for the shelves..before fixing them..it just makes it easier to screw in to the legs.
Delivery was spot on.

Things went smoothly from ordering on the Website to delivery of the order. In addition I was kept informed of the progress of my order. Solid and well manufactured product.

Delivery on time and friendly. No wasteful packing. Table brilliant. Perfect for outdoor potting table. Very heavy so no chance of blowing away. This is the second one I have bought.

Structure is fine and quite easy to put together, but the doors are both twisted. Don’t buy one with doors!

Very easy to put together (about 2 hours).
I was toying with the idea of building my own but at this price I couldn't say no.
Instructions were a little vague in two areas but easily resolved with a bit of measuring and common sense. Very nicely constructed and sturdy bench. Totally recommend it.

My wife is very pleased with her garden potting bench. It arrived on the day the company said using their own driver. By the time my wife found me in the garage to tell me she had heard the doorbell the driver had stood all the parts near the front door and driven off. So I carried the parts round the back and commenced assembly, having previously watched the video. It went together very well and pretty quickly with just a cordless screwdriver. I have a lot of screws left over so I guess they use a standard screw bundle for various versions of the bench (such as a middle pair of legs, a centre shelf and a back shelf).

overall super great, product great quality and easy to put together. there was a slight delay with delivery but communicated. The delivery notice came with less than 12 hours notice and incouldnt call the company as they was closed andni wouldnt have been home, however they legt the product on our drive for us.

Ease of delivery service and product quality

I needed a very large decking square to sit my water butt stand onto but most are 40/45/50cm. I came across Arbour selling a much larger one at what I considered a reasonable price. Ordering was easy and it arrived in good time and well packed. The decking square surpassed my expectations. It was very well made and excellent quality thick wood, no burrs or rough areas. It's very sturdy and made the area where my water butt is very stable.

Good advice, recommending a cheaper product than the one I enquired about. The workbench was delivered and assembled by a cheerful hard-working guy and I'm gradually putting it to use. I'm really pleased with the sturdy quality of the bench.

Wasn't quite as easy to put together as we thought it would be as we needed to pilot drill a few to get the screws started. This helped the bench to come together better.

The delivery came pretty quickly and was well organised. However, the follow up of the delivery itself was a bit hard to read: 13 July, order confirmed; 20 July delivery; 22 July, will be delivered within 2 days; 28 July, your order was successfully delivered 28 July 8:56 am. Co-ordination with the actual delivery company recommended!
