Exceptional service, and provided in a timely manner. The team at Arc Mobiles are very knowledgeable and helped me through the process of switching from my current provider, and retaining my original mobile number. The new platform which is provided by PLAN.COM is intuitive and helps me see in real time how I am using my phone. I plan to bring the rest of my team on in the business onto the same platform

I had been putting off sorting my new phones for months as I thought the process would be stressful and expensive.

I spoke to Antony to tell him what I was wanting. Lee then followed this up to ask for my current details. They then came back to me with a proposal. I accepted and after I signed the Contract the phones arrived the next day.

I haven’t changed contracts in over 20 years! I thought I would have issues. However Antony and Lee made sure I had all the information I needed and both phones switched over on the day they said.

Whenever I had any questions, both Antony and Lee replied promptly.

I need a new phone and had one in mind which was quite hard to get in the UK as it is very specific to my job. Arc Mobiles straight away found a solution and in matter of hours I had my deal ready and phone was in in just a few days.

Superb service. Lee was not only quick to follow up but was very knowledgeable about which services and deals were best for our business. The deal Lee got us for mobile broadband was also better than anything I could find like for like.

I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process and all docs and products were delivered in the timeline advised so there was no disruption to our day to day.

I've just received a call cold from this company who ive never dealt with in my life clearly they do not follow the guidelines. The consultant who called had no idea how they had obtained my number nor have i given them permission to be contact something funny is going on with company watch what details they have on you

Steve Hardy has been great with handling our company account, the network provider seemed to have some difficulties with one or two number transfers, however Steve removed all this time and hassle that it would of taken us and spent much of his time dealing with it and seeing it through until it was resolved. Steve made it very easy for us for which we are very grateful. Great service, highly recommended.

Received an unsolicited call from Arc Mobile (I am a small business owner) which I generally wouldn't take. Glad I did - they have found a great plan for my 2 handsets and the customer service has been outstanding. Not only have I reduced my outgoings, I now have a named account manager to assist with our mobiles. At 5:40pm on a Friday evening, an issue with our data was resolved instantly. Very impressed.
