Such an amazing service, so friendly and helpful. I now save so much money on my business phones and have upgraded all my phones with ease, I would recommend Arc mobiles to anyone with a business.

Have been with Arc for a number of years now with Steve H as our Account Manager. Steve is always really friendly, helpful and offers us a great deal. He makes the whole process easy and makes sure we upgrade so that we have the best options for our requirements. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

I have been with ARC for many years and always had contact with Steve. He knows my name and details, in particular what type of phone contract I like and always manages to get me a great deal. It is so refreshing to have Steve to deal with, he is polite and very helpful. This company meets all my expectations and Steve is a great asset to ARC. Dare I say, if it was not for Steve making the whole process of getting a new phone and contract so simple, then I may not have stayed with ARC and looked at other providers. I really have to write this review to say a massive thankyou to Steve Hardy at Arc. He has gone over and above the level of customer care you would ever expect from anyone! He helped me though a dispute with another company, which was completely my error of judgement, but Steve has supported me throughout.
Needless to say I will stay with Arc forever now! I really can't praise him enough, thanks again Steve, you are a star!!

Had a great experience with Arc, very trustworthy company who looked after me and helped reduce my monthly phone bills significantly very swiftly and easily, would recommend to anyone!

We have used Steve at Arc for several years, looking after our 4 business phones. We always get a great service and superb communication from him.
Unfortunately my husband was "cold called" from another company, who moved 2 lines to them. They made false promises, of refunding a "buy out" which to this date are still unpaid to us leaving us £183 out of pocket!!!

I contacted Steve who swiftly help us sort out the issues, moving the 2 lines back to EE and Arc!! I have now firmly told my husband not to listen to other companies "selling skills" as they are misleading people!
Thank you to Steve for helping us with sorting this out!! Would fully recommend using Steve and Arc! Wont use anyone else!!*****

Steve at Arc Mobiles has been absolutely brilliant!! I’ve used them for about 3 years now and I completely rely on them to inform me when I’m up for renewal and know they will always get me the very best deal whether that’s a new phone and upgrade or to save money on my bill. A special mention to Steve who has looked after my mobile phones for quite some time. I have dealt with Steve at Arc since 2013 and have complete confidence in what he advises me to do, whether it be upgrading to the latest phones reducing my bill, he has always steered me in the right direction. He is knowledgeable about new phones that are out and gives me the best deals depending on which handsets I choose. The aftercare is always courteous from the customer service staff, and Steve is only a phone call away to deal with anything that comes up at any time (even at weekends if there is a problem with one of our lines. Even Sundays have been no problem). I can honestly say that I have rarely come across a company that can consistently maintain such high standards. I will continue to be a long standing customer of Arc. Please pass on my best regards to Steve who is doing a fantastic job and is someone hardworking who deserves the praise.

Thought moving all my lines to EE was going to be a nightmare so kept putting it off
ARC were recommended to me so i let them know what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay without fuss
Had a callback and everything was sorted no fuss no headaches and cheaper than EE direct who I tried to call but got bored of the music and wait
Well done and thanks to the advisor and girl from admin who were both great

Just received all my phones as promised
Steve and Lee were both great in organising new tariffs which saved us over €100 plus per month
And new phones to boot
