Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was pleased with the options given for our featured pieces. The final artwork came out really good, but it tooks several revisions. Perhaps next year will be more seamless. The price point is also quite prohibitive for us, so the ROI will be important to note for next year's decisions.

With the advent of AI, customer service and human interaction appears to be waning for a lot of companies but not for Arcadia Publishing, from the very first contact to the completion of the advertisement the staff continued guidance and patience was of top notch quality.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am not the type to write a poor review, in fact, this is my first one. But after what our business experienced with this company, I think it's worth sharing how incredibly frustrated we are and to BEWARE with any type of "Advertising Campaign" they try to sell you. DONT DO IT.

We are a small business operating in Southern California. We were approached by the Arcadia Publishing sales team who sold us on a $10K brochure campaign for Berkshire Hathaway. It was expensive, and we had just expanded our business but it seemed like a great opportunity to showcase our company and the solutions we offer homeowners. They required the entire payment upfront which was interesting, but we did it. As the process continued, we noticed there were delays in getting the product delivered to the venue within the timeline they outlined. They kept telling us it was due to freight and shipping issues. A year later with no product, we find out the venue they sold the campaign for closed down and they frantically had to find another venue to take over. The issue is that this other venue was not in the location we were trying to advertise in and they never told us anything. As time went on, we became frustrated with the lack of transparency. I decided to call the new venue myself so we could get accurate information. The VP of the venue told me that his experience with Arcadia Publishing was horrendous. Not only did they harass them into taking over the project in which they didn't want in the first place, but when they received the product, they had printed it for a completely different city in a different county and had to redo it. All this to say that I was told that the campaign we spent $10K on, was sitting there collecting dust because the product was horrible and they didn't want their name on it. I reached out to Arcadia publishing for help because we wanted a refund, or some kind of effort to make it right. After pushing and pushing I was directed to someone who did their best to assist. When he brough it to Arcadia Publishing's COO, the COO shut it down and said they can't do anything and that was how we were responded to. When I told them that we were going to be left with litigation because this feels like a bait and switch, they forwarded me over to their attorney. When I asked the attorney for assistance, they ignored me. I have followed up several times and they are refusing to respond. So now we have contacted an attorney and are going to proceed with legal action since they have determined we have a strong case. It's just so unfortunate that we have to go through all of this with a $70M company who took advantage of a small business owner. Disgusting.

My experience was not an easy start but ended up being worth it. My building did not not allow me to have this in my apartment, due to the weight and the fact that I am on the 4th floor, please contact your building manager and ask before you purchase. (if you live on the 1st floor, I don’t see an issue). Shipping was going to be half the price of the machine $1100 to bring it to my place, of course this was before I knew I was not allowed to have it. I did ask, but I guess it was not clear the weight restriction. I ended up renting a storage unit in the garage of the building and let me tell you, it was ALL WORTH IT 😉. This machine is extremely smooth, it was a little wavily but It’s because I was not able to anchor to the floor, however, its fine enough for me. I have owned many home gyms, from Tonal to a $4k Inspire Ft2 and nothing has compared to how smooth this machine feels. Bottom line, if you rent, ask first. You won’t regret this purchase ;)

There was some miscommunication at the beginning on what was required as it related to artwork. But once that was resolved, the team worked brilliantly on the proofs and delivered quickly.

Jodie and the entire Arcadia team were incredibly helpful and patient as we meticulously produced 5 guides in a short period of time for our company. They went as far to design some custom maps for us and the communication was amazing and always timely. I couldn't recommend them enough for the area guides they produced. The final product is well made, polished and professional. 5 stars!
