I wanted to share my own experience with this care company because they truly do not deserve the bad review like the one they have been given. I have been using this company since the 19th of May 2026 and the support I receive is excellent.
In particular, the three carers I have—, Addie, Joy and Abby and are absolutely wonderful. They are attentive, respectful, and always make sure I am well looked after. Whenever they visit, I feel completely safe and cared for. I highly recommend this company based on the brilliant, consistent care I receive every day.
I love all 3 of them they are right up my street 5/5 stars all round from me
I even received a free pen off them the first day I met Addie

⚠️ Review: Avoid Arise Agency – Unprofessional & Disorganised 🚩

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Arise Agency. While they demand high levels of compliance from everyone registering, they fail to meet basic professional standards themselves. 📉
My major concerns include:
Uniform & PPE Failures: 👕 They requested my specific dress size, but when I arrived for pickup, they completely ignored it and told me to "accept whatever size" they had. Why ask for a size if you have no intention of providing it? 🤷‍♂️ It’s a total lack of respect for the staff's professionalism and comfort.
Security & ID Issues: 🆔 They required me to send a photo of my ID in advance, yet when I went to collect my materials, they claimed it wasn't done. This is a massive time waster and raises serious concerns about their internal data management and security. 🕒🚫
Unprofessional Conduct: 👎 After deliberately giving me the wrong uniform size, they had the audacity to tell me to drive back to the office to return it. They have zero regard for the time or expenses of their workers. 🚗⛽
Lack of Integrity: ❌ It is hypocritical to lecture workers on compliance and standards when their own office cannot handle basic administration like uniform sizing or ID processing.
I chose to dispose of the incorrect uniform rather than waste more of my own time fixing their mistake. 🚮 If you value your time and want to work for a company that respects its staff, stay away from Arise Agency. 🚫👣

They did apologise
and i ask my data to be deleted from they system ,and i contacted the tax office to ensure they dont use my NI.

My training experience with Arise Nursing was really insightful, the facilitators are top-notch, I love the practical sections the most. My best training yet as I enjoyed every bit and wished it never ended. Kudos to the entire team.

There have been times, where we have had to seek the support of Agency staff. Our No 1 go to organisation now, is Arise. We have found them so responsive (at short notice, reliable and the service provided is of good quality.

Excellent care and nursing at all times. Friendly and supportive very good relationships built. This lasted 4 months!
