ARJ Motors Avaliações

Great car dealers. Great customer service. Very nice people and helpful. Answered all our questions and gave us great advices. We definitely recommend them and will return if needed. Thank you ARJ

I would highly recommend purchasing a car from ARJ MOTORS. It was my first time purchasing a car by myself and the whole process was made easy and hassle free. The communication was excellent, they were able to part exchange my old car and I never felt they were pushy for the sale. The car was in immaculate condition, I can’t thank them enough.

I bought a Citroen car with Arj, it’s really a great experience.
We arrived there they were cleaning the car before the inspection and they left us enough time to look at the car and then having the test drive.
Everything went very smoothly and the lady explained everything clearly.
Highly recommended!

Amazing service, bought a bmw 1 series immaculate car, process was quick and easy, they had everything ready for me before hand, nice professional staff.

Extremely pleased with the car we purchased, in excellent condition. Smooth, professional service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Arj Motors – Mercedes C200 Coupe

I had an amazing experience buying my white Mercedes C200 Coupe from Arj Motors! From start to finish, the team made the process smooth and stress-free. A friendly guy helped me check out the car, while two lovely ladies assisted with the paperwork, making everything effortless.

The car was in brilliant condition, exactly as described, and what really stood out was their attention to detail. They even topped up the fuel—it was on red when I tested the car, which most dealers don’t do. That showed their confidence in the car and excellent customer service.

If you're looking for a trustworthy dealership that goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Arj Motors. They made my dream car purchase a fantastic experience!

Really good company to purchase from!
Useful information and great communication. Our car is immaculate. The staff were very friendly and unlike other garages were not pushing you into buying straight away. Highly recommend and hopefully will use ARJ in the future

Great cars and customer service from the staff at AJRMOTORS the team were friendly and knew their facts and the car I bought as well as the many other cars all looked to be kept in great condition. Purchasing the car was easy and hassle free I would recommend getting a car from this dealership.

Have been pleased by the good customer care ..and the good advice on the car i was buying and was totally satisfied..would recommend 100% to anyone

Recently got an Audi from ARJ Motors. Everything from the beginning was quite smooth. As a first time car buyer, they kept me informed through every step so I knew what was going on and made me feel at ease with my first big purchase. Could not recommend enough

Amazing Service.
Had my car ready when promised.
There was a minor issue with the car and they fixed it instantly upon my request.
Friendly people and good customer service.
Explained everything i needed to know
Really happy with the purchase.

I brought a quality Tiguan from them drives awesome have not had any issues. They handled me with care when i went to purchase the car.

Give it all the charm on arrival, traded in my very well looked after car to be buying a shoddy one in exchange. Lied about it being fully serviced recently, air con didn’t work, stop start didn’t work from the get go. Major faults picked up by 3 other garages and ARJ refused to acknowledge them. Has cost me significant costs for repairs which I’m now trying to claim back through court. They ignore all emails or correspondence after. My advice is always go through trading standards for legal rights. Don’t touch them with a barge pole

Absolute cowboys, bought a jag from this lot, promised to extend the warranty after sale, but ended up avoiding my phone calls and emails to renew. engine light came on within first week and they had it back to "fix" came back done a good 1000 miles then it came on again,
long story short, I took it to a specialist, they found multiple sensors Drilled out! DPF was on its last legs and turbo was leaking.

buy from these if you like money pits.

Bought a jaguar less then a year ago took it for a car wash and paint as come off we asked the salesman if car had been resprayed and he no it's the light on car . After this as happened we took it to jaguar and they said it had been resprayed badly and also got another 2 spray shops to look at it and they said the same thing we already had to put a full set of new tyres on car as the ones they had on it was round the wrong way and all odd been waiting for a call back from garage but no response yet the under cover on car is moss green looks like cars been made up from other cars my husband worked for vosa for many years and cannot believe after we asked all the questions we where lied to this matter will be taken further
