Great help and service

David was all round helpfulleven though I don't get my lisence back till end of October he found me the best deal its all set up and ready to go hes a credit to area insurance thank you mate its been a stressful 6 months but you have made things better

Having experienced some challenges with my insurance recently, speaking with David was genuinely reassuring. He was professional, well-spoken, attentive, and took the time to listen and understand my concerns. What stood out to me was his ability to communicate effectively and make me feel valued as a customer.

Even though I was already happy with the insurance, David went the extra mile to give me peace of mind and make the entire experience even better. His calm approach, excellent customer service, and reassuring manner made a real difference.

I am genuinely pleased with the experience and would like to commend David for the way he represents ARMA Insurance. He is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like.

Jim was professional and understanding as we was confused about a few things . He was very helpful spoke just like us which made it easier and helped us get the best deal.

Amazing service helpfull and understanding frazer

Arma employees are incredibly helpful & friendly. Any questions I had were answered. Trying to get re-insured after a ban had me filled with anxiety & I felt uneasy thinking I would have to pay waaay over the odds but they offer extremely affordable insurance plans, to ensure we all can get back to normality again :) Andre was my advisor during the set up process & he was exceptionally helpful & knowledgeable in all things I needed to know & more! Incredibly thankful for Andre & for Arma Insurance:)

Could get insurance anywhere else after being revoked and getting points on my licence. Andre in particular sorted me out and went above and beyond to get me the best price possible really appreciate it.
