Wonderful products! I'm very happy! My order came on time and everything was well packaged and as seen on the website. I will definitely buy from Aromatics again 🙂
Excellent seller - I bought some water based dyes to create a green tinted moisturiser (hemp oil just wasn’t cutting it colour wise). They worked really well. I’ve bought a few other bits since then a... Ver mais

A very happy costumer
I have been making my own face and body creams for quite some time now, using your beautiful raw materials. They feel and work better than any expensive natural face cream or lotion that I have bought prior to making my own. Now I have also discovered your wonderful liquid base soap, which I turn into a delicious hand wash by adding aromatherapy oils.
However, there is one problem; it contains palm oil which does not appear to be sustainably sourced. I believe the same goes for the emulsifying wax BTMS, which is otherwise a fantastic products and so easy to use. ( I have not had the same success with another emulsifying wax) Would it possible for you to use environmentally sound palm oil in these products?
Thank you

Great family company, that goes the extra mile!
Great company who I have now ordered from for a number of years. Products arrive well packaged and origin is clear. Data on batches always available, great if you are selling skincare or similar. Also, very helpful with suggestions or any queries, would absolutely recommend.

I really like blood orange essential oil!
I really like the products but I was disappointed that the organic jojoba oil came in a plastic bottle. I have transferred oil to a brown glass container. Otherwise I’m happy with my purchases and everything arrived very well packaged.

As for the Glass bottles, about the environmental impact, I believe the glass is in some ways worse than plastic, as it's the debate about how much energy goes into producing glass vs plastic and also the additional weight and then fuel use that glass causes in shipping it back and forth. Also, it's more fragile with more breakages; therefore, there are many reasons why we use plastic over glass for larger sizes.
As a side note, my brother is a professional glassblower and can attest to the vast amount of natural resources it takes to make glass; the glass studio he works at has had to massively scale down production due to the massive cost increases in gas because they use so much natural gas to heat the furnace to the point where he has to look for work elsewhere.
Then, on the resource side, the amount of sand collected for glass is unsustainable. So, in that sense, we need more bioplastics as we need to use containers that are renewable, but when we have looked at these types of containers, then they will have a shelf life, or certainly, the ones we looked at did, and that shelfie is often shorter than the product so that you would have the bizarre situation where the container shelf life determines the product shelflife as you could have a product that doesn't expire for 18 months in a container that expiers in 12 months, so then what do you do?
Kind Regards
