Despite my order taking longer than expected i was kept updated for the reasons why of the delay. Special thanks and mention to Bailley for their customer services which were excellent. And because of the delay I was offered a print as a goodwill gesture which i happily accepted. The items delivered look of very good quality - the hoody especially as well as the t-shirt. Good sizing. The 2 prints I’m very pleased with.

I had a few t shirts now, the latest one was the don Carlo. Breat quality and get a few compliments

I stupidly forgot to add my discount code when checking out, I emailed to see if there was anything they could do. I emailed late on Friday and to my surprise I have a reply saying they refunded the discount code amount on Monday morning, great quick service! It was Bailley in the team who emailed me. As someone who works in customer service and it’s the head of reviews myself, I will certainly be using this as a great example of the service customer that should be provided. It might seem like a little issue I had but I was really chuffed with the service. Will definitely order again!

Amazing customer service! I spoke to a gentleman named Bailey who couldn’t have been more helpful! I had an item which shrunk unfortunately even though I followed the instructions on how to wash and dry.
He completely understood and has sent me out a replacement the very next day. I would highly recommend A.o.f and will definitely be purchasing again.

Sweater is very comfy!! They arrived super quick!! Good quality too 🤩 .. We went to the game at the weekend and actually got a picture with Klopp himself in our sweaters !! 😍😎 buzzing !

Ordered items for a friends birthday gift, I live in a high rise block and deliveries can be an issue, unfortunately with the items i ordered the silly courier left it in the communal area of my building where it had then gotten stolen instead of delivering it to my actual front door . I quickly emailed the customer care team and they were excellent, very prompt with emailing me back and had the issue resolved within a day. They’ve dispatched a new order and asked if i would like to change where its delivered to this time for more security and they also refunded me for the delivery fee for the original package. Amazing customer service and great company! Cant fault it!
