I thought the framers did an excellent job. Instead of hiding the frame by stretching the canvas over it, they decided to use it as a frame. It's different than before but I still like it.

The package was damaged during shipping.

I was disappointed in the installation of the backing on my picture, as it was rippled, and it had one hanger where there should have been two, as it is fairly large. I have ordered several pictures from Art.com in the past, and they were done to perfection.
