My shoes arrived in 7 days and were packed nicely. Nothing felt cheap or rushed which I appreciated since the price was already fairly reasonable.

Even if there was an option to give less than 1 star I would. This store sells cheap, defective materials that comes from overseas. What you see in the picture is not what they send you. I ordered a track suit and large size which usually fits me but they sent a track suit with all the labels cut and defective material upon inquiring the team said they will send a replacement and that replacement was even worse than the previous one the bottom of tbe sweat pants was cut with scissors as if tbe seamstress forgot to swe the piece . Total disappointment. I would highly recommend not to buy this brand ever

Ordered a pair of boots on the website and they did not ship for about three weeks. Then they showed them as "delivered", but we have cameras on our entire property and have video proof they were never delivered to our address. They still said the boots showed as delivered and I'm stuck with the charge. Terrible.

BEWARE: this is a Scam and Fraud of a company. Very low quality products that do not match the photos nor the descriptions on the Arthur Hendon website. Customer service and communications are Non-existent as well. They don’t honor their return policy either.
Report them on every review site!

STAY FAR AWAY! COMPLETE SCAM. Not only did it take weeks for me to receive my order (with zero transparency on where my order was or tracking) what I received was a complete joke. For starters, the boots weren't even in a box lol The item that arrived weren't even a fake leather let alone the real thing, they are near PLASTIC. They also look NOTHING like the picture of the product. I have filed fraud complaints and disputed the transaction with my bank.

I ordered the blue verona slip ons and they’re very easy to wear. Light on the feet simple to style and comfortable enough for everyday use.

I ordered 3 dresses. They arrived 4 weeks later & are all cheap crap fabric & nothing like what I thought I’d ordered. They are just ripoffs of someone elses beautiful creations. Do not order from this bullshit brand. What a waste of money supporting what I thought was a small family business. Even received a heartfelt email. What a crock!

I ordered a denim shirt from your site. What you sent was denim shirt that was on Amazon that looked nothing like the shirt i ordered (I was on the hunt for a denim shirt. Thats the only way I recognized it.) You just stitched their yellow tag on it. I want a full refund or the shirt that I was suppose to be received. Or I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered an item that was delivered in good condition although the quality of the product was poor. I immediately followed their return procedure which was to email their support team to request and wait for a response for return address. I was asked to take photo of the item and paste not as an attachment but photos on the email, my email offered a 25 percent return then after stating I would share my experience a 40 percent return. I declined both and will now have to eat the $80 dress protect others from dealing with this company. Very disappointing and a waste of time!

The linen set is ideal if you want something easy for warm weather. It looks casual but not sloppy which is harder to find than it should be.

Scam. Ordered a magenta thick jacket and got a polyester, thin, boxy piece of crap. To return you have to send back to China (cost $25) and hope it arrives. Chinese scam company with limited customer service.

Delivery took the full 7 days but it arrived when expected. I’d rather have clear tracking than random updates and that part was handled well.

I ordered from Arthurhendon for the first time and the whole process was smooth. Product looked like the photos checkout was quick and the delivery time was reasonable.

Cheap Chinese shit. Absolutely ripped off. Do not buy this trash. These loafers must cost $10 to make and they sell them for $170.

I needed something smarter than sneakers but not too formal and the sorrento loafers worked well. They’re easy to pair with chinos or jeans.

I bought the palermo jacket because I liked the leather collar detail. It fits well over a plain tee and makes a simple outfit look more put together.

The ronda mules are easy to slip on and feel more polished than regular house sandals. I bought them for everyday wear but I’ve ended up wearing them out quite often too.

I ordered 2 items online. Paid by credit card. The card was immediately charged. The confirmation email said to expect 3-5 days wait for delivery. I got no further communication from Arthur hendon for a full month. When I tracked the delivery, it stated that the items were delivered. When I called customer service I was told to “look around” the outside areas of my house, and to check with neighbors. I reported back that nothing had turned up. I was then directed to visit my post office with the tracking number. When I did that, they had no information about a delivery. Also I was told that after a week past the reported “delivery date”, the package would have been returned to the sender. Finally, I filed a dispute of the charge with my credit card company. The customer service rep. at Arthur hendon noted that this dispute had come to their attention, and were no longer going to try to locate my items. Stay away from this company. When they make an error in delivery, they avoid responsibility and asked me to do the investigating. This is outrageous customer dis-service.

I wish I had visited this site before ever buying anything. They shipped me what appears to be a small size jacket when I ordered XXL. I say appeared because there was NO SIZE label in the jacket when it arrived. I would never send this back and pay the $50 shipping as they can't even send the proper size. I would NEVER buy anything from this store again. My guess from reading other reviews is this is a common business practice.

Overpriced garbage ! Website looks good and you would think that the shoes would come in a box nicely presented but no wrapped like a temu shoe and quality is appalling. Not recommended!
