Some of the product is flattened and looks different than the rest of the turf. Most of the turf looks very good. Product was shipped quickly to the installer.

Update, no one has reached out as I was told in the response. The turf area looks worse now with no walking or activity on that area. Its flat.

Very easy to order. Helpful with all my questions. Easy pick up since there was a local warehouse.

First, communication between those involved in the process was poor. Communication between the customer and the company wasn't established. Poor planning and installation of the product. No service follow up. Poor experience

Artificial turf supply has been a great company to work with. Their communication and product both are great.

It was not delivered on time. Once delivered and installed I’m noticing a lot of the grass is falling out.

I bought artificial turf for pickle ball courts to cover over existing tennis courts and was told how much success they have had with it ,the turf was installed as they directed from their installer and top dressed with sand ,the ball does not bounce no matter how much sand you add or compact. I have requested for for one reference that have been installed, I haven’t gotten one,artificial turf is not pickle ball

I live in Florida where the grass is always green, but also has problems with unwatering, overwatering, all sorts of pests and fungus, etc. After living with this problem and resodding at least 3 times, we made the choice in our backyard to put down turf. We could NOT be happier! I feel evrey day like I am living in a resort and my dogs love the grass. One of my dogs has never in 6 years laid on the grass - she does now.
