Wow, I got a decent cost per sq. ft. on 35 oz putting turf if I pick up it from Tracy. I have an up charge labeled "shipping" to wrap the turf. I have two rolls at 15' x 12' so paying to wrap both. For ease of fit in my truck I asked to roll loosely on 12' versus 15'. I was told that's an additional charge per roll, in addition to what I am already paying, to wrap the rolls. So now I'm paying to wrap them paying again to wrap? WT#? I'm driving 263 miles round trip to pick up the turf. Adding in the fees with this turf company I found 50oz turf, through another supplier/company, at only $42.00 total more for the same sq.ft. and no added fees. Do some research as this turf company has too many extra fees that add up.

I made contact via email. Received fast response that was informative but not pushy. They gave me a recommendation of an installer in my area. (Very rural north Georgia mountains). The installer came immediately from over an hour drive away to look at my project make recommendations and give me a materials and installation price. Only glitch was getting samples because I have multiple homes and samples went to the wrong address. The installer did the work faster and earlier than expected and we love the results. Thank you we took a red mud and weeds back yard and turned into a great place to spend time.

The installation crew did a great job. My yard looks awesome! Very pleased. Now I’m thinking I should have don’t front and back.

This artificial turf is very high quality. The shipment came when promised. The sales staff is professional. My questions were answered quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone with active big dogs.

Raul was great to work with when ordering, but We were sent one piece that was significantly short.
My first review was not good, but after a few phone calls and emails, Jessie resolved this issue beautifully, and they are sending our replacement piece. Jessie was patient, caring and understanding to our issues.
We are very happy with how this was resolved, and we love the quality of this turf.
We purchased 80t. It is thick and soft, and beautiful around our pool area. We would highly recommend this company.

I really love my turf and so does my dog. The only thing constructive that I would say about the company is in the shipping and delivery aspect of the purchase. The turf is very heavy and the company they use for shipping only delivers to a degree. They expect the consumer to unload turf. That is not always possible depending on the size of the order. So maybe my suggestion would be is to find a shipping company who can deliver to the residential buyer all the way to their door...unloading and all. Otherwise, everything was great!
