Thier people are nice and well trained…

Thier people are nice and well trained to tell you no in a nice way. They sent me a coverage summary when I ask after I found out they would cover 600.00 towards a AC unit if it's more then 10 years old. Well...99.9% of request are more then 10. Anyway I called to cancel and they begged me to stay. Offering extra maximums. Well you will never reach the original maximum when the coverages for items or 300.00 for most and 600 for most expensive appliance in your home. My car insurance covers up to 300 k, 100k, and 100% minus deductible on most all damage that's fixable and my monthly payment to ARW was just about the same as my car ins. I was shocked they wouldn't cover it.
I cancelled,but I've been paying for years and never used it. Please. Set yourself a savings for just household maintenance. You will be better off and you'll know what you have to cover broken appliances. Home warranty companies are rip off.

My payment was 74.99 a month. It was not one of the lower tiers. If that was lower tier, I wonder what the higher tier payments are! No, I had what I was told a good coverage and my washer and dryer was included.

Second MAJOR issue with this warranty…

Second MAJOR issue with this warranty company. Our basement was flooding so we immediately called a plumber to save what he could and then notified ARW. They denied the claim because I did not call or email them first. Seems like a built in policy to allow them to deny claims. When there is an emergency and the house is flooding I am not going to wait on hold all day, which is normal with ARW, and then call the professional. It doesn't work that way. Steer clear of this company.

I have been with your company for over…

I have been with your company for over two years. I was told that you would replace my hot water tank when i joined .You did not tell me that it was prorated. You offered me $400.00 only if i had all of the “ proper paperwork “ I had a contract come and quote me a replacement cost at which time i will be saving over 2,000 , your company will not give me my deductible because I’m having a third party install my water heater for more then1/2 of the price! I’m saving money , you don’t care ,because you need a paperwork trail!You can stick your co. right up your caboose!! In the end YOUR LOSING MONEY , my plan came to over 800.00 a year so far my total to you is close to 3,000 and you want to quibble over 399.00 , you folks need to go back to business school!! YOU SUCK AND EVERYONE I KNOW , WILL KNOW THIS!!

You canceled before any resolution could be offered. Yes, you are required to use licensed and insured technicians, and we do require that you submit either an estimate or an itemized invoice per the terms of the plan, all of which you can review at any time.

The representative Vanessa was so wonderful

The representative Vanessa was so helpful in guiding me through the necessary areas to obtain what I needed explained. This is a rating ONLY for the agent NOT ARW i just spoke with VENNESSA, her name should stay in caps. I canceled my services last week and then began to get calls, not understanding why because I thought our relationship was finally over. I returned the call and first got somebody name Mina I think she said her name was, which this one of the reasons I left you guys was for unprofessionalism and personal feelings and not to mention the banger " never fulfilling orders"However she was flat out rude, ask to speak to a supervisor she said we were done talking since I wanted to cancel. I called back and this customer service oriented familiar voice came on the line, very familiar in 1980 when people cared about pleasing the customer. I laughed and talked to this young lady and she could have sold me anything that I ever returned. She was a delight to speak with. I feel this company may one day be her downfall, she don't belong, she deserves a more professional setting. I pray GOD find her, her right setting where people are as humble, understanding, delightful, listener, and customer service oriented as she is!

I canceled my account with this company…

I canceled my account with this company back in August 2024 after having a membership for years due to them never having contractors available when services are needed. I just realized in March 2025 that they have been continuing to take the monthly fee from my bank account even after I canceled my services with them. I spoke with a manager Connor who says they can only refund me for this current month. I am putting in a fraudulent dispute with my bank contacting bbb and will take it to court if warranted. Buyers beware this company does not care about the consumers or how they handle their customers even if you was a long term customer

Can’t go lower than one star

Can’t go lower than one star, they don’t deserve that. I canceled my policy a couple of years ago but found a 700.00 charge on my credit card bill. I called to check it out and was told I never canceled it. Ahhh, but I did! She would not refund any money for the last bill before deducting a months service and a cancellation fee! The customer service is very hard to deal with.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS!

Does not have your back

I do not know how this company has higher rating than a 1. I have constant battles with them over finding people to repair items in my house or being reimbursed when I have to find my own way to get reimbursed. The latest is a dryer that has been of need of repair since december of 2024, it is now march of 2025. Someone came to do repairs multiple times and were unsuccessful. Because they used a large percentage to try to repair the dryer that is now deemed unrepairable, they have told me that I am allotted $37 to purchase a new one because according to them the majority of the $300 dollars that they allot for a dryer has already been used up trying to repair it. That's not even 10% of the cheapest dryer out there. So very disappointing.

While multiple parts were replaced in an effort to fix the issue, this unfortunately exhausted the limit of liability for this claim. Sometimes, when one part is replaced, it is not uncommon to find other failures. Per the terms and conditions of your plan, we always attempt to repair an item before considering other options. Unfortunately, since the limit of liability was exhausted, the claim has been closed.
