Our bikes are at least 12 years old. We were in the Derbyshire dales, on taking my bike out of the boot, my bike would not work electrically.My choice was simple, drive home and collect my other bike 26 inch, or phone AS bikes in Coventry. They were fortunately at home and not at an exhibition. The mileage was almost the same, so we drove to Coventry. They replaced a faulty cable which had a break in it. It was repaired in under an hour and we drove back to the Dales. The bike worked perfectly, and we completed the Tissington trail and the Monsall trail. I don’t believe any other company would offer that service, l know of a friend who bought a cheaper bike, but when he had a problem the company had disappeared.
I would give this company six stars if possible, they really are a brilliant FAMILY firm. Thank you AS Bikes.

They were able to provide a replacement part for a 16 year old bike within a few days. They provided an all in price - no extra delivery or VAT. They replied to emails within 24 hours. I have used them several times for parts for my electro folding bike and their service has been consistently excellent.

Asbikes are absolutely Fantastic,I sent my battery in to have a new Fuse holder fitted on Wednesday-it was returned Saturday morning fixed👍but unfortunately my bike still didn’t -work.So Sam emailed me a troubleshooting Guide which I used and fixed my bike 👏 I would not buy an electric bike from anyone else but As bikes-Thank you

I used UK E-Tricycle owners group onFB to check out lots of trikes. A S Trikes came out top for my needs on quality,reliability & before/aftercare from this family owned company. It has 20” wheels with wide rear axle dimensions for solid stability. The big bonus is folding rear wheels/axle enabling to go through doors into my garage & plus total fold down to go in car boot.
I have been totally delighted with this A S Trikes & use it far more than I imagined, the freedom it gives is excellent + exercising ,health & joy are all an added bonus.

We have purchased a folding electric bike and a mobility scooter. Great service from all at AS Bikes. So many other companies could learn customer service from All at AS Bikes.

Excellent service. We were able to diagnose an issue with our battery over the phone and Sam even stayed on the line when trying to find the fault. They then offered to send a part to France for us, A friend has done a temporary fix and we will take to AS workshops when home. Excellent service as always. Thank you

We have been dealing with Peter and his family team for more than 15 years; initialy with a Mark 3 folding bike and about 7 years with a trike. We took the trike for a new battery and service last week and the team were once again excellent.

Excellent electrobike bought 16 years ago now has been a star purchase. The only things that have gone wrong are a bike stand that snapped which was replaced without charge and tyre inner tubes.
It is now showing a little wear and tear and my original battery needs replacing but AS Bikes have always been instantly responsive to my queries by phone, email and in person at shows. Currently getting my bike back on the road with their help. They deserve their 5 star reviews for both service and a quality product.

Very happy with my purchase

I have never met a company with such good customer service and initiative. At a Warner show Peter saw I was uncomfortable with a damaged leg. I had no intention or even thought of owning a mobility scooter. I asked if they knew anyone in the market who rents them out.
Peter quickly pulled one off the stand and lent it to me. I explained I'm not looking to buy one. He was just happy to help and that it did. I had it the whole day. It folds and fits in my camper perfectly and took my 20st body with ease.
On return, came back the next day and with no sales pitch or expectation from them offered to lend it again the 2nd day. Because of thier non pushy approach and confidence in their product we bought one and what a game changer it is. They even adapted it for my needs with no extra cost. Lovely father and daughter team and will definitely recommend them as a company.

I have had my trike for a lot of years with very few problems at all.
Just recently I had a problem with my battery, foolishly I ordered the wrong battery. AS bikes did not know that I ordered the wrong voltage and neither did I, they spent many hours with me until the problem came to light and from then on like a well oiled machine they replaced my battery and a charger that I had ruined and are busy organizing my return of the wrong battery. They have gone above and beyond to rectify what was my mistake and I really can’t thank them enough…I am sure that no other company would do all that they have done. Customer service is beyond exceptional. Thank you once again AS bikes for all the help with my trike.

We’ve had our AS bikes for 15 years and couldn’t be more delighted with them. Their customer service really is exceptional- the whole family team is so knowledgeable and helpful, coupled with their friendliness and ‘can do’ attitude, we would thoroughly recommend them. Any little problems over the years have been dealt with very promptly and you just get the impression that their customers are important to them, even after several years, not just when first buying a bike. Thanks to the AS team!

Customer service was A*, every little thing was explained to us. I'm so happy with my 3 wheeler mobility scooter. I would highly recommend if you need one go visit AS. BIKES, you will not be disappointed

Bought an AS E- Trike a few years ago & have had it serviced by them every year at one of the shows they attend. They are a wonderful family, nothing is too much trouble highly recommend them
