This is the best application for students and the tutors worldwide

Nice Experience. Filo is very helpful to the students, all the features like instant tutor help and ai support works very well I would recommend every student to atleast try it once.

I have never seen a platform that does not have an option to permanently delete your account.

I had to contact their customer support since there is no such account setting that would initiate the closure of your account.

Now this is where it gets interesting.
According to them "we are required to retain certain information for auditing purposes." While this may be true to a limited extent, under Art. 17 GDPR, I have the "right to erasure," which does not equal to simply setting my account to "private," something that has not happened to this day.

However, Art. 17 GDPR clearly sets out that a platform cannot refuse the deletion of personal data.

Keep this in mind before signing up!

If my account is not permanently deleted, I shall be forced to consider formal legal action.

Filo doesn’t provide quality that it promises.Teacher don’t give slots and it needs constant follow up and when asked for refund they simply denied saying that they don’t have refund policy.

Filo is best plateform to provide best education by selected or enthuistic energetic teachers where it gave me opportunity to give my best and I am doing my best for student and also I earn from this plateform. All members of filo are very supportive and carefully helped in every aspects.my experience is well in this plateform.
