Very bad experience, companies of fraud , Paise Ke Liye 50 bar call karte hain, aur paise dene ke bad in case Agar aap course nahin kar sakte ya koi problem hai to aapke paise bhi refund Nahin Karte Hai,Nahin call uthate Hain, aur Nahin Koi response Karte hai, aapke paise bhi Refund karte hai. Yah to mental mental harassment hai. Very bad company please don't enroll karna, aap Apna time, money, and mental peace khatm kar denge.

Real waste of money and time.
Not up to the mark, first they will ask you to pay one installment and try for a month, if you are not satisfied with the course you can't quit by without paying the next installments, as you will be getting threatening messages from Testbook regarding saying that your CIBIL score will go down.
if you find time to attend class, your time will be wasted in listening to their talks regarding their promotions and not related to the subject.

Even 1 star also they don't deserve.

I booked a driving test with this company online , paid £62 , dvsa has no known booking, scam website, their email for you to contact does not exist

Purchased the GSP (Guaranteed Selection Program) specifically for Rajat Udibaba Sir's 10-unit Paper 1 course. After taking the payment, Testbook has restricted access, forcing students into substandard classes by Priti/Anshika instead. Support only provides robotic, copy-pasted excuses about "structure" that were never disclosed before the payment was made. Do not buy GSP. It is a trap to sell you the same basic content at a premium price.

This is one of the worst company I have ever seen, they all are scammers, I lost my money three days before when I 'm purchasing UGC NET couse, so please read all the recent reviews regarding this app before going to this worst platform.

I have a big experience

Total fraud. They took money in the name of pro pass and I paid it for data analytics course. But inspite of having no resources on data analytics when I asked them they just refused to refund my money. Never go for testbook.

FRAUD!! Do not engage with them. They are just scammers. I wanted to take up a Law course with them from 'The Legal School' and initially they asked me to for a down payment of 2,500 rs which I paid and then they said for the EMI I'll need to activate net banking which I didn't have so after which they sent me a form for making the payments and the form itself was very sketchy and showed that it would deduct 25,000 every month whenever they present it. This whole thing was a red flag and I decided not to proceed with it, so I asked for the 2,500 rs back and the admission councellor Kajal Sharma said that they have no refund policy which was pretty much a rule they created after the payment. They're all just a bunch of scammers pls don't fall into this trap.

I bought Testbook Pro last year and I renewed it this year because I want to give mock test for RBI Grade B. Little did I know, Testbook introduced "Elite" which is basically a full package for selected courses including RBI Grade B and cost thousands of Rs. Now, I can't even give RBI mocks and my purchase of Pro is a waste. I thought Testbook is fundametally for mocks without the full course but turns out, they too want to take as much money from students as possible.

Testbook content is good, but I had a bad experience. I bought the Banking & Insurance Super Pack for ₹1746, not knowing that the same course with a book pack is available for ₹2039. This wasn't mentioned during purchase. Later, their senior counselor informed me. This felt misleading. I’ve requested a refund under the Consumer Protection Act. I still trust their quality, but they must improve transparency and customer communication.

I appreciate your message and the information regarding the launch of Pass Pro and other upgraded plans.

However, I would like to raise a concern. I purchased your life time pass plan on 30 oct 2022 .I still have around 190 days remaining on my existing Testbook Pass. When I purchased it, features like PYPs, live tests, and practice tests were included as part of the normal pass. With the recent changes and introduction of new plans like Pass Pro, Pass Pro Max, and Pass Elite, these features are no longer accessible under the original Pass, which makes the remaining validity of my subscription feel wasted.

I believe I should either continue receiving the original benefits until the end of my pass or be fairly compensated for the changes made during the validity period.

Please look into this and let me know how you can assist.

Content & after class Test Series is good.But Only Demand of mine is to Provide more & more Full Length test for State AE Exam.they r providing full length test for RRB & SSC but only chapter wise & subject wise for state AE.So I request to provide more full length test for containing all paper for state AE.That'sit

Worst platform to learn with, they are fraud who influence candidates by approaching continuously and never solve any queries and give false information for taking subscription....

I trusted them, thinking they were a big company that values fairness, but they are nothing more than cheaters. They activated my EMI loan to purchase the course without my consent. Their only goal is to collect money while leaving students struggling. Don’t fall for their fake promises—stay away from this scam !
