Was filling out as many surveys as I could. Some had delayed rewards. I received around $5.50 I assumed was from a delayed survey reward. Redeemed my $10 Amazon gift card only to log in later to find I owed askmoms the amount because they awarded me on accident. Now I have having to fill out and do many surveys just to get it back to zero. I messaged multiple times and they refused to zero out account and said for me to look at it as an advance. I told them I didn’t sign up to owe anyone anything and common business curtesy would be to fix the issue on their end not make a new moms life more complicated. I told them once I get my account back to zero I will be terminating my account with them. Bad business

The survey portion was fine for me! It is a lot of work for a few cents but then I found the game portion where you can play games and get paid. I was able to cash out multiple gift cards but then they banned me and told me I couldn’t receive my rewards anymore (that I am entitled to). They said there was “unusually quick progress being made” I asked for proof and they stopped responding to me. Super shady.

So much time to fill out surveys and try products, then the payout never actually came. Contacted customer service several times about the gift card that was "sent" but I never received anything. Save your time.
