Got $18 off my Xfinity bill for the next year with no trouble from me. I was supposed to give someone a pin and then wasn't available yet Trim still got it taken care of.

Gen is great!
Second year using Trim for my internet bill. Gen, who I dealt with both last year and recently, was able to get my bill cut by $30 last year and another 50% this year when it was supposed to go up again. I hadn’t even contacted them to do it this year, they took it upon themselves to get it sorted out for me.

Skeptical? I was too...
I began this process with very low expectations of any notable changes to my cellular service bill. This bill was from a notoriously difficult company to negotiate that sort of thing with, and I faired no better in attempts to trim down that monthly bill.
The Trim negotiator was able to defy the odds and lower my bill significantly by finding discounts and deals on my current plan, as well as getting rid of unnecessary additions and charges.
This is an invaluable service that not enough people know about, and I'm glad I found it!

I did most of the negotiation and the…
I did most of the negotiation and the Trim representative really only took note of what the Comcast rep and I talked about. I give myself 5 stars for the negotiation and scoring a loyalty credit for myself. Maybe I will be able to give Trim 5 stars next year if the agent was more engaged in the conversation instead of only recapping.
