I waited weeks for it to arrive, had to contact support to get it shipped after more than a week had passed without movement on the order.
When it finally did arrive it was not the piece I had ordered nor the right color.

I received my RYOT today , was missing the pen needed to use. 47.00 and some change is a lot of money to spend and not get everything needed to use. I like a new one with everything needed to use. I will send back the one received today. My order number is 31013. Thank you

I purchased a GPen Elite which I am very pleased with. However, additional paid for items were not delivered. Tracking number was provided and a label was made. No further action was made for the paid items apparently lost. Customer service failed to investigate the matter and replace my order. Then I requested a refund of the items. Their customer service representative asked for a return of all after usage. Don't bother.
