The delivery for my puffco has been a nightmare. I work long hours and apparently if you are not home during the day on a weekday your item gets lost in translation and your $300 is just on a postal truck for a week or more.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, provides you what you need as long as you can provide what is needed for the process and even then they’ll still help you regardless to the best of their ability, I’m glad I ordered my puffco through this web site back in 2020 and 2021 they showed me what they’re capable of when interacting with them regarding a problem I had which was solved

I love Weedipedia, but…
I love Weedipedia! But you guys put the words ‘Weedipedia’ under my name on the shipping label. I strongly prefer more discretion! Thank God it was through UPS and UPS actually delivered it… I hope! Can’t have that with the post office at all!!!! Sometime UPS may use the post office for final delivery too! That would be very bad!
