Terrific buying experience. Very prompt contacts from company and excellent pricing. Mailing was super-fast and communications about status were perfect. What more could a customer ask?

Slow and expensive shipping. Item not compatible.

This site is a scam.

Bought an item that never shipped even though they said it has. Customer service is a joke as they rarely reply to you or give you any updates like they say they will. The owner gives you a generic response but fails to respond after that. This site is a scam don’t bother buying from them as you won’t ever get what you ordered. I will be filing for a charge back with my credit card company. I had to re upload this review that was posted over a year ago because the owner flagged it for using his first name in the review. Any company trying to take down honest bad reviews is suspicious. This company uses first names in their replies and sometimes even puts out tracking numbers for everyone to see so how hypocritical that I get flagged for using the owners very generic first name. Don't buy from these people they are scammers who try to get all there negative reviews removed.

My Puffco Peak arrived in perfect condition. The worst part was waiting for it to charge so I could try it out 🤣
It is perfect in every way!!
The customer service is wonderful as well, they reply very quickly and are helpful & friendly.

Outstanding fast and friendly service. Found this site and wish I had much sooner.
To back we didn't have anything like this in the late 60's and 70's.

On time with great products priced competitively. Thank you .I will not hesitate to order again.

Great rig. Wish the light could stay just one color instead of flashing

Ha pasado ma de un mes y no he recibido mi paquete y la entrega estaba prevista para 2días avilés

Their customer service is GREAT.
Good products at good prices.

This is my first order and it was shipped fast and arrived faster than most things I've ordered before from anywhere else. I am in Puerto Rico, so having something arrive that fast is not usual. Items were properly packed and arrived in pristine condition. The vendor kept constant communication about the shipping status. In general, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and definitely would consider again in the future.

Great customer service and very fast shipping! This company keeps in close contact with you, unlike many others! Thank you!

Great experience and will definitely shop again thanks

Some of my parts of my order weren't in stock, but the folks were helpful and kind in getting me a different color so I didnt get empty handed. Very well done

It was fast shipping got it quick before going camping. I will buy again that's a promise.

I must say that it is lightweight and cool, but I really need to watch more videos on how to use it. Still 5 stars all the way... I am just old and not used to these new ways to enjoy a good buzz.

Ordered on a weekend and received on a Thursday.
No complaints.
