Part of my order did not arrive.
I was not told it would not arrive.
No apology.
Item then sent .
It was incorrect.
Finally I received the correct item…..a month later.
Birthday was missed.

The service was good but the garment was pretty poor quality. I love Aspiga but this time I'm disappointed. The fabric is sheer not white as in picture and it's very very flimsy material. So much so that upon trying on the tiny side seam split tore. Not good at the price!

Didn’t have my first choice of design in the size I wanted but delighted with the other choices
I ordered two shirts on the same order but they arrived separately in different days !

I tried on about 8 dresses and three tops. Unfortunately the V-neck of the dresses was too low for me on all of the dresses and I wasn't able to find a round-neck dress that was suitable for the occasion. I bought two tops. The lady at Aspiga, Lavershot Barns, was exceptionally helpful with finding the right sizes and offering various alternative dresses. Also, I lost my earring at the shop and when I called the next day she was able to put it in a safe place for me to collect a week later.

Lovely dress arrived as promised, looked as expected and fit was good. Communication and website also good.

Placed a large order which arrived very swiftly. All good, only returned one item from the nine items purchased. After washing two items (tops) they started to unravel at the seams, not something I expected for the price I paid. However, Customer Services were fantastic sending me replacements & a return label to send back the faulty tops free of charge although I could have kept them had I wanted too.

It was a great experience, and I love my new cowboy boots.

Great service and super quality

The shirt I purchased arrived around 10-14 days after my purchase. I was prepared to wait, so not a problem. The shirt is just as attractive as the photos suggested. The quality of the garment is okay, but in no way reflects the price of the shirt. It's made in India from fine cotton, and is alright for casual wear, but not slightly more formal.

I was spoilt for choice as everything in the catalogue was just gorgeous. My skirt is lovely..cant wait to wear it. It is beautifully made and the fabric is top quality. And no complaints with speed of service. I'm hooked!!
