Easy to order and quick delivery. I was a bit unsure about spending this much on a skirt but it is gorgeous and flattering!

Flattering, slimming fit and really comfortable with pockets but still smart. A brilliant pair of trousers I'll get plenty of wear from.

The clothes are great and I particularly love that the trousers come in long lengths (and have decent gems so can be let down further if needed). Delivery was fast, I was well informed and the returns process also really simple.
I do find I get a few too many emails now though

Terrible company. I wasted so much time with them. First they lost my order, then I could not return the second order and once I returned it they said they can only give me credits to buy rather than get the refund because I did not meet 14 days return deadline which is not the case as I did return the item within 14 days. So many emails, so much time spent and the product is of poor quality as well. Just avoid them!

I bought the trousers for travelling and have had the same problem with pilling … Ive only wore them once !!!
They’ve not been washed as I was overseas and didn’t wear them on the return leg .. It’s such a shame as they’re a perfect fit , very smart but for this amount of money I would’ve expected better quality
I won’t be buying again as I was sad to see the response to the other purchaser . She said she only wore them once too

The Chelsea trousers I ordered were to replace some I’d had for a number of years. I reordered because I was impressed with the quality of my first pair
Unfortunately the material of my new ones does not seem as good as my previous pair, however I have decided to keep them so I will see how they are before I order anything else
