Laden batterij duurt 9 uur en is in 10 minuten leeg.
Zwaardere zaken op de grond laat hij liggen en met hondenharen is het helemaal een drama

I bought a vacuum cleaner in February. The dust cap broke immediately and it is therefore unusable. Despite contacting the company, this has not been rectified. I have tried to buy a replacement part online but it is out of stock. My emails to them are now bouncing back, so there is no way of contacting them. Their own website shows only 4/5 star reviews for this product which is clearly incorrect. My one star review is not shown. In my experience the company is untrustworthy and the purchase was a total waste of money.

Absolute scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I made the mistake of buying one of these vacuums in early October 2023. I did not read the reviews until a few hours after I made the purchase and realised I'd fallen for a scam. I contacted my bank to try and cancel the transaction, and they said they had already authorised it, but that Aspirato had not processed the payment so there was still time for them to cancel it. I contacted Aspirato and requested they cancel the transaction and they refused.

The vacuum arrived around a week later. I cannot comment on the product as I did not open the box as I had already bought a vacuum from a reputable source. I then got caught in a time-wasting cycle of emails with Aspirato where they evaded my requests for the returns address so I could get a refund. This went on for months, and over 200 emails were exchanged.

I raised a claim with my bank, explaining that Aspirato were operating outside of the Consumer Rights Act by making it impossible to get the refund that I was legally entitiled to. Aspirato contacted me to provide the returns address, so I spent around £10 on returning it (to a UK address, not the warehouse in China they kept referring to). Over 6 months on, I still do not have the refund. They have stopped replying to my emails. A total waste of time and money.

I am nearly £200 out of pocket and stunned at how awful this company is. I have reported them to Trading Standards.

Als mir die Box zum ersten Mal geliefert wurde, habe ich mich gefragt, wie diese kleine Box einen Staubsauger enthalten könnte, der überhaupt etwas wert ist, aber ich war äußerst überrascht, wie viel Leistung dieses Ding bietet. Alles ist gut verpackt und das Auspacken bereitet keine Schwierigkeiten, ganz einfach. Im Lieferumfang des Geräts ist der eigentliche Staubsauger mit bereits angebrachtem Filter Und Staubsauger enthalten. Das Basis-Bodenmodul verfügt über eine ausziehbare Saugstange, die nicht sehr breit ist, aber ihre Aufgabe problemlos erfüllt. Es gibt auch ein Fugenreinigungswerkzeug sowie ein kleines Bürstenmodul, das sich gut zum Reinigen von Tastaturren und anderen kleinen Oberflächen eignet.

Das Gerät und die Zubehörteile können in vielen verschiedenen Konfigurationen verwendet werden, was es äußerst vielseitig macht. Auch dieses Ding ist leistungsstark, es ist kein Handstaubsauger. Alles in allem ist es ein toller kauf und die Bereiche, in denen ich es verwende, bleiben super sauber.

Je vois que je ne suis pas là seule à avoir des soucis avec c..et aspirateur. Le mien rejette aussi les débris, se met en marche seul et quelquefois refuse de s'éteindre, il faut donc attendre qu'il s'arrête quand il veut.
Le sav vous bombarde de recommandations et ne veut surtout pas entendre parler soit d'échange soit de remboursement

Comme tous les avis lu (après mon achat) je suis écœuré par cette arnaque tout est dit dans les avis on ne peut joindre le "service client " qu'en anglais pas de retour possible , offre 5% pour que l'on accepte leur produit nul, retour exclusivement soit disant en chine, jouent sur nos nerfs! Comment pouvons nous joindre un des avis qui mentionne une plainte commune ?

Absolutely lousy vacuum cleaner. Repeatedly asked for a return address to send it back. Gave up, used my credit card company to get my money back . They eventually provided a return address in China ! It’s got a lithium battery, so forget it. Avoid this company , product rubbish , it’s a con . This company pretends it’s a Uk based operation. It is not . I have asked the credit company to delist them .

No idea what other reviewers are looking at but - excellent quick delivery, very good machine with easily adjustable height, ready to use with battery well charged and all in all a cracking vac. I would fully recommend the aspirato vac.

I’ve twice emailed support about a problem with my vacuum cleaner and still no response. It’s less than a year old. Non existent customer service

cancelled just a few hours after making the order after reading reviews here, was told they've already shipped (less than 24 hours after purchase) and I can only be refunded 85% they're keeping the remaining 15%... however I have no email saying they've shipped it out either.

Forced to sign up for their email alerts if you even want order tracking as well!

I do wish i had of checked on this site first, ordered my hoover 3 months ago and its been lost by carrier, apparently trying to contact this company has been absolutely horrendous. There is no contact number to call or speak to cost customer service. Everything is by email and they take time to get back to you. I’m still struggling trying to resolve this matter and I’m looking to take it further and go to watchdog definitely definitely wish I had of tried this site before I bought. I’m now trying to cancel the order which they say they’re waiting for permission for me to send it. I’ve been saying this in the last five emails I gave them permission then I tried to cancel it’s just been ongoing

The super worst, dangerous, fraudulent, scammers on planet earth. Evil company 🤢. I can't even know how to start with the nightmare I have had with this company and their fake vacuum cleaner. If I could give no star or quarter star I won't hesitate to do so. Six months ago I have been struggling to communicate with this next to nothing Aspirato company. If I had taken my time to read reviews about this Aspirato I definitely wouldn't have bought their product.
The insults! I have to return to china Bear the cost and even probably not get any refund even after returning the product. Refusing to give me their return address. I had to escalate the issue to rip-off Britain and watchdog and am hoping to hear from them soon. This Aspirato should not be allowed to sell here in the UK whoever they or where they are.
They even tried to bribe me into keeping their garbage by offering me discounts 5% then 10 and to 15% , just to keep it as what? Decoration or show off?🤷👹
Please STAY AWAY FROM ASPIRATO COMPANY AND PRODUCTS. They are bad news and fraudulent.

Waardeloze stofzuiger! Het is letterlijk een stof zuiger, oftewel alles groter/zwaarder dan stof laat hij liggen of komt er met dezelfde vaart weer uitzetten als je een bocht om gaat of de zuiger optilt. Wissen van opzetstuk is ook een hele operatie, dus gebruik je dan maar niet.

Unfortunately, I too have fallen victim. I made the order then immediately saw these reviews, I cancelled within 10 minutes and they said they will keep 15%. I alerted them to the consumer rights act of 2015 but they think their website overrides the law of the land they are trading in. I have raised a dispute with my bank. I will also inform
Trading Standards and the ombudsman. Let’s see what happens

Absolute con-artists. They have stolen my money and refuse to give it back to me.

Placed an order, cancelled within 20mins on a Sunday night and they have charged a £26.85 cancellation fee.

This is against UK consumer law.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Bought this vacuum before Xmas and it does nothing but get blocked . I clean it out completely, and again within 3 minutes, it's completely blocked. It's very heavy, not as described! Please, please spend your money elsewhere.

Stofzuiger is troep. Het zuigt kleine simpele dingen niet eens op en alles wat het opzuigt komt net zo hard eruit zodra je de stofzuiger uit zet. Daarbij is de batterij in no time leeg, vooral in "2e stand". 5x mail erover gestuurd. Duurt weken voordat ze antwoord geven en al 5x hetzelfde antwoord ontvangen. Ik kijk altijd eerst naar reviews voordat ik bij onbekende sites bestel en/of onbekende merken. Toentertijd (begin/half 2023) weinig tot geen review te vinden. Helaas nu dus wel. Na dit allemaal te hebben gelezen heb ik ook maar een klacht ingediend bij klarna over ze. Hopelijk helpt dat!

Absolute rubbish. Battery does not recharge and no replacement available anywhere. A RIP OFF. DON'T TOUCH IT or the company, if they exist

I should have read the reviews first,. I took the battery out to re charge and when inserted back in all the connections became twisted and now doesnt work at all. The cleaner had been stored quit separately so there was no accidental damage. It doesnt cleam by suction just by the rollers. I an sticking with my hand sweeper
