We reserved a car online and came to view it, but my daughter fell in love with the same model in a different color. The team kindly swapped it for us at no extra charge, and she couldn't be happier! Highly recommended.

What a rip off. Was sold a 4x4 with the rear prop shaft totally missing. Going to hand it back with police in tow. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I recently bought a car from Assured Cars Supermarket, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions without any pressure.

Do not buy a car from him. Buying a car on finance is even worse ! I made the mistake ! lf you. have problemns with the car he will repair the car to his own garage and then h once repaired he takes it to 2 a specialist" to "t then send a fake report to the finance company HeS great at erasing codes, so be careful!

Purchased a car and within a day problems started, rang and emailed with no response so sent a recorded letter and immediately had a response from a solicitor they use. I have since spent thousands fixing issues so my advice would be avoid this company at all costs and use a reputable company.

Further to my previous review,
Car recently went in for a MOT (and other issues that still weren’t rectified) to be met with a massive MOT failure sheet with EXCESSIVE CORROSION which wasn’t on previous MOT.. excessive corrosion in 11 months? I think not.
Contacted Assured Cars, continuously even with help of motoring ombudsman, to be replied to once by a man with a bad attitude on phone.
Car now is going to cost in excess of £1500 to get back on the road, with absolutely no help from the garage at all. We are now seeking legal advice, and I beg you all never to buy a car from this untrustworthy garage again.

My mum purchased a car from these in August 2024 and has had NOTHING but issues with the car since. They have had the car back once to fix an issue but that was a battle. My mum has spent over £800 since fixing continuing issues!
Contacted assured car garage to discuss and I have had zero replies from them. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Almost attempted to purchase a car with these guys today and it's safe to say it didn't go well. Booked the viewing over the phone for a car I found on Auto Trader yesterday and came today only to find that next to no communication of my viewing was had.

The person I spoke to on the phone wasn't present for my viewing so I spoke to someone else and had a pretty good intro to the car - they offer a test drive, which was nice.

The person who took the viewing arrived 1.5 hours after I arrived and was incredibly combative about the car. Upon deciding I was keen to pursue the purchase of the car and wanting to put the reservation deposit down, I was only then informed that they had prior booked viewings of the car. These other people who were viewing the car were just 2 hours after my booking time (and they had the car washed and cleaned before their arrival, unlike myself).

I fully appreciate and agree with the fact that they were allowed first refusal for the car, having made the booking a couple days before, but none of this was told to me and I was being spoken to as if I would be able to secure the car today!

Continuing the events of today, I am most hurt by the fact that it became quickly evident in the last 30 minutes of my time there (having already spent over 2 hours there) that I had merely become a chess piece. The dealership was using my presence and keen-ness on the car to allow them to put pressure on the people who had come to view the car and make them pay more!! They had fabricated a bidding war that made the people pay more than the asking price as well as encouraging them to leave with the car that day without any benefits they had mentioned to me that day (such as a new MOT, a 6-month warranty and free servicing and valet). It was really hard to overhear - I honestly wish I had told them this wasn't the case, but I was too upset at the time. I ended up just thanking the employees for their time peacefully and walking away.

Honestly, I was heartbroken at the time but I'm genuinely glad I didn't end up giving these guys my business...

I'm very sorry for this long description in my review but I hope this gives someone peace of mind when considering these guys in the future. Unfortunately, I was very impressed with their recent reviews so I thought it was important to share!

Please find some pictures of the car's issues they never mentioned as well (this included a scratch on the rear left-hand window, small paint chips all over, minor scratches all over and severe scrapes to all of the alloy wheels (I was very prepared to buy the car with these but barter the price down accordingly) - it is always worth getting a pre-purchase inspection or checking the car out in person 😬

Update: they have also replied to my review on Google Maps (same content as this) and completely dodged apologising...

Bought a car from this dealership. After 2 weeks the steering failed. Had to get the car towed then my garage explained it had a number of error codes. The car need an entire new steering rack that can cost up to £800. They advised me to take the car back. Which I did. Speaking to Charlie, she told me she would contact the finance company to arrange refund of the money. This was on the 20th February 2025. Today I am receiving threats about not making payments and Charlie NEVER contacted the finance to arrange a refund. They won’t answer their phone to me or the finance company. Do they honestly expect that I will somehow say it’s okay, I’ll pay the money and you can resell your lemon of a car?

I tried to be as courteous as possible. I didn’t want the steering to fail but because they sold me a crap car now I am the one being punished! This is shocking service!

I had a diagnostic carried out and also use the recovery service. Both on point 👌

We had a problem with the clutch on our Fiesta so ACS said they could replace it but would have to take it offsite. We agreed £389, paid through ClickMechanic and reluctantly another £70 for collection. A few days later the car was brought back but on test driving the gears wouldn’t go in and the clutch stopped working. Advised ACS and they picked the car up. We don’t think the car had been road tested properly . They said there was now a fault with the clutch pedal, not the clutch but surely that should have been properly tested. They are now asking for another £130 for repair and delivery for a job that should have been done right first time. Wouldn’t use ClickMechanic again.

This is one of the most dishonest traders I have come across in a long time. I paid for a full service (but only needed an interim service) plus an MOT.
In spite of writing so very many times,they totally ignore my request for my MOT certificate. I contacted the Police who contacted them and they assured the Police that they had sent my certificate. THEY LIED TO THE POLICE. I still do not have it. Also certain points which would have led to a failed MOT, which should have been rectified by the full service, were NOT done and they still gave me a 'PASS' - but no certificate. These are such dishonest people, they should be penalised and closed down for their trickery and lies.
Next stop = legal action for a full refund of my payments which they wanted in advance (? ? ?) and I refused. They have NOT completed the jobs but report that they have. They refused to return my car causing me to cancel an audiology consultation - I had no transport. They have caused me so much distress. They ignore my emails. They also added so many "unknowns" on to the agreed price, which I refused to pay, so they refused to return my car.
DO THINK AGAIN before using this appalling "service" - they are unreliable, dishonest and inflate the cost unneccessarily. Do read ALL of the feedback, especially the "surprise extra costs".

p.s.
I shall take my car to the dealer next week and ask them to check the service and MOT state. I am prepred to pay for this as evidence of the dishonesty and illegal MOT, before taking more action. Dishonesty, lying to me, lying to the police and causing me so much distress and worry is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Then add on their attempts to inflate the unneccessary extras' costs = an outrageous attitude and moral standard which needs to be
STOPPED and PENALISED.

Amazing customer service. They where very honest with me and providing me with full details of what issues I had in my car and they successfully managed to fix the issue and now I am back on the roads thank you very much guys .

It was Excellent service from start to end, car delivered to my door the next day! Lovely car and fantastic price, any questions I had were answered swiftly and I was kept up to date with the process for delivery. Would highly recommend!
