I have been looking for you emerald corset for so long, I can’t wait for it to arrive!

Nothing like the picture, length was very short and could only be worn as a jumper not a dress, recieved the wrong colour belt to go aswell.

My experience of this company echoes that of many others ! I ordered a jumper nearly five weeks ago, emailed three times, no response, I opened a grievance via PayPal then I got a response. Two different tracking numbers were entered, when I queried this with the company their reply was that tracking numbers do change in transit ! (Never experienced this before?) I asked for a full refund, only to be told the item is in transit so that a refund isn’t possible ! I would not recommend anyone dealing with this company !

I needed a refund because my item came dirty and also looked nothing like the picture. It was so hard to get hold of anyone and I was scared I wasn’t gonna get my refund because I’d get a reply every 3 days or whatever. Poor service, I had to pay for the return, didn’t get the refund for shipping - probably because the item was dropshipped straight from China. The company couldn’t be bothered to brand their packaging or anything so really poor business skills. If they’re not gonna brand their items I might as well have bought it straight from AliExpress for cheaper.

Ordering was no issue but when trying to return items it was a different story. I ordered items on Christmas Day, returned two items and still not received the refund. I was told to re order my item which I had returned due to it being to big, which is what I done and I never received that item but received a refund which I didn’t request. I reported this issue via email and got totally blanked.

No response to my email.

Horrile item as quality and size dont fit wnd they refuse to refund me

Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and then when it came it looked nothing like the photo

Well to be sent review emails is a bit of a joke considering I haven’t even received my order, which was ordered over 5 weeks ago now.

So the top looks nothing a like it says a knitted jumper it not waited over a mouth for it to come would like a refund

Did not receive my items, was told an investigation would take place but was just ignored since, shocking!

Terrible communication, cheap product, sizes off. Would not use again. Disappointed

Awful at replying, as I have returned a parcel 2 weeks ago now and still have no refund or even been told they have received the package.

It is not straightforward trying to get a refund, you have to mail to ask this is the first website i have seen this on. You should be able to creat your owe sending back label. Then you have 14 days to send goods back but they are not mailing me back to be able to send the goods, just not a very good service and they never have anyone on the live chat to speak with.
I really do appreciate the below response from the company, i would like to add the quality of the coat i did purchase was really good it was just too big on me.. i am more understand after the reply back below.

I have no idea when it’s being delivered and no updates

I ordered during their Black Friday sale and my jacket didn’t come for two weeks. The jacket looks super nice but it’s a bit too big seeing as I’m a size 32 EUR and there xs was 34-36 oh well
