Ordered a dress in September but never received it. I have been requesting a refund for almost three months now and no response. This company is a complete scam.

Sorry to hear that you haven't heard from us. Some customers find that their confirmation and shipping emails are going into their junk/spam folder, have you checked there?
Looking at your order, we can see it was placed on the 3rd December and another one on the 4th December. As stated on our site it can take up to 14 days and during peak season a little longer from the despatch date (not the order date and this does not include Sunday's)
We have also had a look to see if we have had any emails from you and we cannot see anything in our inbox. Please email us info@asteria-fashion.com and we will get back to you straight away.

I ordered several jumpers and knitwear…
I ordered several jumpers and knitwear pieces and I could not have been more thrilled with the quality and the service. The quality of the jumpers is incredible especially when you take into consideration how good the price is! I received all my items before the 10 day expected time and when I messaged the company on Instagram after not receiving an order confirmation they were so sweet and sent that to me straight away! I will certainly be ordering more, supporting small businesses is so important in these times.

Wouldn’t order again
Not only did the delivery take longer than the 14 days I was told, there’s no indication on their website that they don’t offer paid returns so now I have to pay to send an item back that I had to get elsewhere.

We are really sorry that your order did not arrive on time. We have seen some delays with delivery ATM as we ship from overseas. We hope we will do better next time.
We are still a small business so unfortunately we do not offer paid returns atm. We will add this in bold on our refund policy for the future.

I ordered 2 items and loved both. The quality is great, however one item doesn’t suit me. So I am in the process of returning/refund. I used the online help chat for guidance on my return. The response was quick & straightforward. I would definitely shop with Astoria again

I ordered a knitted vest from Asteria Fashion, fantastic quality and great value for money! Delivery time is a little longer than usual but delivery time is clear on their website and that’s expected of a small company, so order in advance if for an occasion! I would definitely purchase from here again!
