NEVER BUY WIG FOR THIS COMPANY
NEVER BUY WIG FOR THIS COMPANY. They sold a synthetic hair to me and collected over £300 from me. They lied that the hair they were sending was 100% real human hair. Up till now they have not cancelled my payment plan on Paypal. I have evidences to prove this. I will not let it go until my payment plan is cancelled. They will reply to this email and deny this claim but trust me this wig company sold a synthetic hair for me as my birthday wig. They are not transparent enough and with the evidences i have, i will not stay silent. I am so pained that i am being ignored by this same wig company. I sent the video to them to prove it is synthetic but still, they refused to acknowledge my view as a customer.

Regarding the product, we can confidently assure you that it is made of 100% human hair. At this point, we’re not fully sure how it was determined to be synthetic just based on the photos and videos provided. To ensure we handle this accurately, could you please send us several clear pictures showing the inside and outside of the wig, as well as the lace details? Once we receive them, we’ll review and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
As for your PayPal payment arrangement, we’re so sorry, but we are unable to directly interfere or modify anything related to that process, since merchants don’t have the authority to operate within PayPal’s system. However, if you’d like to proceed with a return and refund, we can arrange it for you right away to help you resolve this issue faster.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support, and we’ll do our best to make sure this matter is handled properly for you soon. 💛

Amazing customer service. The hair is everything I asked for the density to quality is amazing. It is worth every penny I am so happy I made this decision of buying from this company. The hair is so soft the curls are perfect. I will be buying again soon.

The hair is so beautiful! It looks just like the pictures. Customer service was amazing and super quick to respond. They helped me exchange for a longer wig with no hassle and even sent me photos to make sure I liked it before shipping it out. The whole process was smooth, and the hair is absolutely gorgeous. I ordered a wig from Asteria Hair and I’m honestly so happy with my experience! The shipping was super fast and it arrived within just a few days. The packaging was neat and secure, and everything came in perfect condition.
The wig itself is beautiful! The hair feels soft, silky, and has a natural shine no weird smell or tangling straight out of the box. The lace was thin and easy to melt, and I didn’t have to do any plucking. The density is perfect, and it holds curls really well without shedding.
What really stood out to me was the quality for the price it definitely feels like a high-end unit. I’ve already gotten so many compliments and people asking where I got it from.
Overall, I’m very impressed and will 100% be ordering again. Great quality, great service, and super quick shipping!

I have notist very starnge behavior about thsi account all the 5 star rewies have one like from the same person ever negative review has likes from diffrent people. Plus they are getting exposed online for cheating and deformation . They ask allot of money from us and scam uns with other hair they got from somewhere else. Then they wright in caption the same name of other negative reviews saying to stop the hate. What is wrong with them they dont answer ther messeges and only reply thur a thirdparty reviewing the issue. The hair is terrible and mixed with other peoples hair i have evidence of ther crimes. DONT TRUST THEM THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS THE EVIDENC IS ONLINE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE!!!

This is the first online shopping for units I have ever done and it became the only website I shop for wigs on. I have purchased over 5 wigs and have some units that are still great from 5 years ago. I haven't purchased another yet because Im still able to rewear the ones I do have, but I do plan on purchasing more. I have also sent more buyers Asterias way. Thank y'all for being a company/brand/website I can trust. The free accessories and things needed to make sure your unit is secure is a blessing as well . 10/10 Highly Recommended. My wig came on time and I was able to set up my appointment with my stylist. My stylist fell in love with my wig at first site! I’m so glad I got this wig. The seller also have an outstandingly great customer relationship! I have no regrets on this purchase. I look so gorgeous! So proud of my wig!

Unhöflicher Umgang mit Kunden
Ich habe versucht ein Gespräch mit denen zu führen um paar Probleme zu beheben, was aber mit erwiederter beleidigungen beantwortet wurde. Ein netter Umgang mit Kunden wird von denen nicht wertgeschätzt und wird nach dem Kauf scheinbar sogar vermieden. Bis jetzt ist das Problem immernoch nicht behoben worden und muss weiterhin ein Produkt mit mangelhafter Qualität bei mir behalten. Echt enttäuschend.

Unfortunately, the wigs you have submitted for return are not products from our company. PayPal has rejected your claim three times. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased from us. We kindly ask that you provide the original products from our company if you wish to resolve this matter promptly.

I decided to return a wig that didn’t quite fit as expected and exchange it for another — and the whole process was incredibly smooth. The team made everything so convenient, stayed in touch with updates, and followed up on my return and exchange every step of the way. Their attention and care honestly made me feel so warm and valued.
I received my replacement within a week, which was super fast! And as always, the quality of the hair is amazing. Asteria will definitely be my go-to supplier forever. Highly recommended!

Asteria hair has been my go to for the last few years. I’ve ordered over 5 wigs from their site and they have all been quality. I’ve gotten 3 custom colored wigs and they’ve all been amazing. The customer service and communication is immaculate and they ensure they are in communication during shipment and after you receive your hair. I had customized a wig to 30 inch, they answered fast and sent out the wig urgently so I could have it before my graduation.
