Excellent service, fast delivery, as advertised, well satisfied.

Ordered a Christmas present for my wife on 19th December with guaranteed next day delivery, contacted on Tuesday 23rd as order not showing as dispatched...

After a brief email exchange with Zoe, the order was on its way and received on Christmas Eve.

Zoe was swift in response and is a credit to the business.

Unfortunately quite slow delivery. Took all of the 5 working days to arrive (8 in total) which meant the present missed my wife’s birthday.

Additionally, whilst the quality of the pendant seems ok one of the pictures wasn’t rotated properly.

To be clear I’d buy from Astley Clarke again but I was a little disappointed/frustrated by the experience. If you haven’t got an account there’s no way to monitor your purchase and I’ve had more emails asking to amend my Trustpilot review than I did about when to expect delivery

Beautiful items, 2 year warranty, my piece broke after a 8months, but was replaced immediately. Will definitely buy more.

I bought a bracelet mid-November as a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law. When wrapping I realised I wouldn't meet the return date if not suitable.
Astley Clarke very obligingly agreed to extend the return date. Very good service.

I placed my order for a single yellow gold earring as a Christmas present. Unfortunately when it arrived a few days before Christmas it was white gold. I emailed Astley Clarke informing them of the issue. A short while later I was contacted by Zoe who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She made sure that a replacement was sent while I returned the other earring. I was kept updated throughout the process.
The replacement arrived by special delivery on Christmas Eve.

Excellent customer service from Zoe. I had received a damaged locket. Zoe dealt with the issue professionally and sympathetically as it was a gift for someone who had recently lost their mum. She ordered me a replacement and it arrived in 3 days and was the perfect gift for my friend.

I opened my little boxes to find one pair of earrings were missing - Zoe was incredibly helpful and sent out a replacement the next day -just in time for me to send off the Christmas gifts. Thanks you Zoe!

Bought a tiny locket. Was really lovely, great customer service and delivery.

I sent my bracelet for reparation and
I had a very friendly help from Zoe who was really effective on the follow up.
My lovely bracelet came back repaired in very short time! Thank you so much!

Firstly product was great. Secondly I accidentally entered the wrong email and didn’t receive confirmation. The help provided by Zoe was excellent, who carefully provided me with an eta and tracking updates.

My only concern (seems to be a system issue), is not being able to rectify my error by using the correct email address.

Opened the box to reveal a necklace when l had ordered earrings!!!
I couldn’t speak to anyone on the phone as the answer machine was full???
Emailed and got a response almost straight away from Zoe, who was terrific and sorted out the packing error straight away, l had to take my original to the post office which was a pain, however the correct order arrived within days.
The only thing missing would have been a money off or voucher for all my trouble!

I received Wonderful customer service and support which is often in short supply these days. Zoe responded to all of my emails really quickly and efficiently. And the repair process was easy.

Terrible experience. The gold pate on 3 items rubbed off quickly with normal light wear. I advised the company. They say that’s normal and only guarantee for one year . They will not refund but are offering to replace. What’s the point if it’s going to happen again? The items are not fit for purpose, how can a gold plated item only last a year? I’ve had high street gold plated jewellery that’s lasted for 10 plus years. These products are sub standard.
