Zoe responded very quickly when I alerted her to problems with my delivery from their courier which failed quoted delivery date of 6th January and ensured my order was replaced and quickly diespatched to me. She was highly professional and incredibly efficient. I love my gold ring.

I asked for help via email ordering personalised photos for my beautiful gold mini heart locket. Zoe came back to me quickly with easy to follow instructions and I was able to order my photos which then arrived promptly. My photos fitted perfectly into my locket and I’m thrilled with the result. Thanks to Zoe for her help in getting my daughter's gift to her on time. I emailed Astley Clarke to see if there was a faster delivery option, and Zoe got s message through to the despatch team. There was no obligation to do this but - at the busiest time of year - she took the trouble for one order. Really great service, and so lovely to be able to get through to a company these days.

As a jeweller I have been very impressed with my recent purchases from the Astley Clarke range. The designs are very pretty but more importantly the quality is impressive. The earrings and bracelets I have are very well made. The 18ct gold plate (vermeil) is a good colour and doesn’t wear. Using white sapphire to Imitate Diamond is an excellent choice as it’s a hard stone so will stay bright and not easily damage. The fastenings are strong and easy to use. As fashion jewellery, with a core of precious stones and metals these are a firm favourite for me and a really great choice for a gift. The staff in the store are pleasant and helpful and the customer service is excellent with the customers satisfaction to the forefront.

I have just received my engraved and personalised locket. It is absolutely beautiful. So well made and great that chain can be altered to be made smaller. Delivery was really quick too, considering it was engraved. Really pleased with it as it is a sentimental gift that means a lot to me.

I ordered a ring which arrived and looked nothing like the picture. It was so yellow looking it was almost orange in some lights. A return policy that takes £5 for no reason when online images don’t match the product is really poor. Stay away.

I bought a locket whilst in store. Unfortunately it was faulty.. I contacted customer services and Zoe organised a replacement locket for me.. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Great customer service . Thank you Zoe

HORRENDOUS FAULTY LOCKET-do not buy!!!!

I brought this locker as a special Christmas gift for my daughter, within 1 hour the photos had smudged. With no further wear the photos disappeared and looked horrendous. I connected guest relations and was told it was water damage! ( no water near it) and I noticed a new disclaimer on website since stating they are not to be worn when showering.
No refunded offered. I was told I had to keep re ordering photo!! What is the point of a locket with photos that smudge!

I ordered a locket from this company and dealt with Naz and Zoe. With Xmas and New Year causing postal delays I was under pressure to receive the locket in good time for my daughter’s 21st in early January. Naz and Zoe were both fantastic and helped to make this happen. As a result, the locket arrived in plenty of time and my daughter absolutely loves it! Thank you.
