The support team was so helpful and kind when I ordered a watch strap for my girlfriends birthday, it ended up being to big for her to wear so instead of sending it back the team sent me voucher to order another watch strap and let me keep the other strap to regift to someone else. My watch band was not what I really wanted ( my mistake ). I contacted customer support & the ever efficient Michelle got back to me immediately and offered a replacement band, no blame just complete understanding. Michelle was helpful, polite & courteous in fixing what was really my mistake. I cannot recommend Astra Straps highly enough.

NOT Australian: This business gives the impression of being Australian based with it's .com.au, but it's actually operating from China. I placed my order on 9 April and tracking showed it was shipped from China. The tracking claims it was delivered on 29 April, but as of 7 May, I still haven’t received my strap. They show customer reviews on their website, but these are moderated by the shop. We can only trust Trustpilot.
