Took almost 2 weeks to even ship parcel and I had to chase it up 3 times for it to be shipped. Find it hard to believe I’d have even received anything if I didn’t chase up. Wouldn’t use this website again or reccomend it to anyone.

Was worried this was a scam considering I couldn't find these boots everywhere, but after reading positive reviews I just went for it. I'm glad I did. Payed a little more than retail but that's to be expected especially since they are so in demand right now. Came very quickly and the company was very proactive in communicating with me re my order. Definitely would recommend this site to anyone looking for those hard to find shoes!

hi , i ordered size 5 uggs. 7 days had passed and no delivery - but just i opened my emails an email came in to apologise already. i then asked if i could swap the 5's for a size 6 and within 3 days i had the size 6 in the house in time for xmas. Thank you Helen for the service and taking accountability on the slow service, thats when businesses succeed . will definintely order from you again
