Purchasing from this eshop online from EU country, it is far from the experience you would get from their store. In the store, they always try to help you, regardless if it's an Ukrainian lady who doesn't speak the language of the country she is in... But man, the eshop is very bad level. The order took 3 weeks to get any update via email, customer service sucks, there's no phone line, and if you try to call their corporate or other lines in Italy (and you're based in the EU), they will tell you they have nothing to do with the eshop. Also, the physical stores have the same statements and they cannot help you as they're franchizing. It took 4 weeks to have the order arrived finally. There's no delivery option besides one, although in their FAQ they offer multiple options, even express shipping (it's not true). It took 3 weeks to process the order, and no update, so be aware of that. Another point, if you try to type any requests on their website, there's limited characters you can submit, so you can just write up to 2 sentences. Via email, they are not responsive, it takes them 2 weeks-1 month, or never to reply, it depends on their mood, and how they want to their job. It's really lack of customer service, and if you really like their stuff, you should buy it in the store, but otherwise, don't do it, you will save a lot of nerves. It's like one of those DEEP fake eshops, that don't have any customer line, and emails are secondary for them, and they don't care about the customer service. Making a return is also really hard, because they claim you can submit via the order / website, but it does not work, you won't be able to submit unless you email them directly and please them to create the return for you, so many people are left with the unwanted stuff and not making any returns because who has time to do all this work, when it supposed to be a pleasant shopping? They still owe me money and they are terrible at the communication, still no answer after over a month. I will report them to my bank institution.

Han demorado en entregar el pedido y escogen una empresa de transporte que no funciona de forma correcta.
La calidad de los artículos es buena pero un mal servicio de entrega puede arruinar una experiencia de compra como ha sido el caso.

Ich habe beim Black-Friday-Angebot zwei Pyjamas im Benetton Online-Shop bestellt. Nach einigen Tagen erhielt ich die Benachrichtigung, dass einer der Pyjamas plötzlich nicht lieferbar sei und nur der andere versendet wurde. Auf meine Nachfrage beim Kundenservice bekam ich lediglich die Antwort, dass das „Pech“ sei und ich weder einen Ersatzartikel noch irgendeinen Rabatt erhalte.

Wenn ich jetzt einen neuen Pyjama bestellen möchte, müsste ich den vollen Preis zahlen – obwohl ich ihn im Angebot gekauft habe und Benetton den Auftrag nicht erfüllen konnte.

Der Kundenservice war dabei überhaupt nicht hilfreich, sehr unfreundlich und hat keinerlei Interesse gezeigt, eine Lösung zu finden.

Für mich steht fest: Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich bei Benetton online bestellt habe.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent online shopping experience with Benetton. My order (P05651365) was a disaster from start to finish. First, it was lost, then eventually located and delivered far too late to be of any use to me. As a result, I unpacked the items and immediately repacked them to return.

Despite returning all three items in perfect condition—unused, unworn, and not even tried on—only one was refunded. No explanation was provided, which is unacceptable. I expect much better from a brand like Benetton.

This level of customer service is shocking. I love the brand, but this experience has left me questioning whether I’d ever shop with them online again.

Das gleiche Modell einer Hose in 2 Farben und gleicher Größe gekauft. Eine passt, die andere überhaupt nicht.
Umtauschen geht nur in der selben Filiale! Das macht heutzutage aber wirklich kaum jemand mehr!! Ich kauf nichts mehr bei Benetton.

Ich habe ein Mail vor 7 Tagen geschrieben und noch keine Antwort bekommen. Wartezeiten muss man in Betracht ziehen aber 7 Tage ohne Antwort ist kein guter Kundenservice.
Update nach über einem Monat: ein Kundenservice per Mail gibt es nicht, niemand hat auf meine Anfragen reagiert. Ich habe einen PayPal Konflikt öffnen müssen

Vollkommen schlechter ONLINE-VERKAUF. Links zum Abschluss des Kaufes funktionieren nicht, Service ist sowohl telefonisch als auch per Mail inkompetent.
