Ordered three items online, they were shipped from one of the stores and two of them were damaged beyond repair. The quality of all three items is very poor. Their customer service department is a joke - four different people responding to my problems and it was quite clear that very few of them actually read my emails. I asked for a phone number and/or supervisor but those was never given. After more than 15 emails back and forth I finally received a return shipping label and then my refund.
Terrible experience all around
Terrible experience all around. Went into an Albuquerque store. Found piece of furniture I wanted. Scan label, ordered it with delivery. Received all the order and delivery confirmation details. It never arrived. Terrible customer service from store to help resolve. Ended up being dumped in a not next door neighbor driveway. No identifying or explanation info on box. I did leg work to locate. Never an offer to refund my purchase or send me with product from store site.
store will steal money off gift cards - do not use gift cards here!
went into the store on october 12th to look at halloween decor - found this store to be way overpriced. but that wasn't the problem - we had a gift card used to purchase (2) scentsicles - the gift card approved at pos swipe, but cashier showed declined. unfortunately - we swiped 5 times, for a total of $96.20 that was taken by the store. we did not know this at the pos, after the 5th swipe i used my debit card to pay, and left the store. it wasn't until i checked the balance of the gift card that i saw each transaction was processed and debited. long story short - this store DID NOT refund my money, and their ONLY solution was to offer a store gift card! i don't know if they collude w/ amex gift card services - but they were no help either.
Halloween Shopping
Have shopped here many times and the experience is mostly good. Do not bother shopping here for Halloween decor. I went to my local At Home in the middle of September to find most of their Halloween collection gone, replaced by Christmas. An item in stock less than a week prior was no longer available in any local stores. Prices are relatively reasonable, but definitely not the place to go for Halloween
Not even good enough for a dog bed!!!
I've bought oodies and throws from you before. I ordered 2 green throws to protect a new and expensive sofa. They have just arrived and I'm sorry but they're not even good enough for a dogs basket. I want them collected and a refund. I'm so utterly disappointed in the quality after having many good orders. Please sort this out now as I need to purchase replacements !!!!!!!!

Ordered online, local delivery; received a notification that it’s “on the way”. It never showed up, store reps were completely unhelpful. No centralizes customer service number, only email… and it says they “may” get back with me in 48 hours. Whomever is running this company is running it into the ground

The store is OK, like MANY other similar home goods stores. But DON'T JOIN their perks program. You can never get out. They claim you can unsubscribe at any time. Just try! I get 3-4 emails a day from them. I have UNSUBSCRIBED many times. Clearly they don't care.
Worst Product AND Customer Support…
Worst Product AND Customer Support service I have ever experienced. I purchased a large wall print that arrived without a box and extremely banged up and scratched. Someone thought enough to call me the day before it was dispatched because she noticed it. Unfortunately, my phone voicemail was not working properly that week and I did not receive the message. I called back the next day after receiving the print and the rep I talked to told me to email their customer service team with pictures of the damaged item and they would refund me the full amount and send a driver that same day to retrieve it. It went from bad to worse via multiple back and forth emails the Customer Service people, all of whom told me something different. Long story short is all they offered up was a 25% discount and I could not get the full refund unless I brought back the print to the store as their "policy" is to not do pickups for local deliveries. The print won't fit in my car and it is completely unusable. They went completely quiet after my final emails telling them I was going to dispute the charge, and they also never responded to Amex during the dispute. I will NEVER shop there again.

I ordered Half my order came and the other half was to be delevered. It never came after recieving an email it was on the wayand three days laterr no items backordered. I called and found out it had been cancelled by the store because they were damged. No email about it or phone call. Plus I havent been reimbursed for it.

I had the most pleasant experience yesterday At Home Store In Stockbridge! I met the most amazing sales associate there, her name is Star! A well deserved name! She was most helpful and professional same time awesome! We needed boxes and she went to the back and brought us several! She did not needed to do so but she had no problem in helping us! I wished more people would have her spirit and ethics! What a great experience this store needs to value personnel like her!

No one to call
I ordered an item, FedEx lost it. I was told to contact At Home with the case number FedEx opened and provided. There is not a customer service number to call for this place! You have to email only and that could take up to 72 hours from what is stated with the bot that you chat to. I’ve been waiting for 4 days now and no one has reached back out to me. Highly disappointed, do not recommend and I will no longer be shopping here.

Had a great experience with AIT Home Delivery. Everything arrived on time, communication was clear, and the delivery guy was respectful and efficient. Mark from Prompt Transit and his mate Kevin are doing a great job – you can tell they care about getting things right.
They’re trying to grow and get more vans on the road, and honestly, they deserve the support. Would definitely use again.

Purchased a small wooden chest/desk 5/27/25… on 6/22/2025 I opened the door and the door cleanly broke off: easily. My husband took it to the store and showed the lady manager., she tried to blame him for how he put it together.. umm nothing to do with the hinges, the piece of “wood” literally just broke off it’s a joke. They refused to exchange equally, although “members” receive a 90 day return.. we didn’t even want a return, just an exchange. She wanted us to pay 50% for a new one.. umm nooo we already paid for one $150… so not worth it. We kept it. Poorly made. And the manager didn’t take care of situation, she deflected on how we put it together. Never going there again.

I placed an order online and received a notification that only part of my order was being delivered. I contacted the store in Fort Worth, Texas at +1 (817) 754-7559 to find out what was going on. I spoke with someone named Maria, who claimed to be the store manager. She was shockingly rude, offered no helpful information, and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation.
When I asked who her manager was, she said Mr. Campbell but claimed he was not available. I called back immediately, but no one answered. I left a voicemail, but I don’t expect a response based on how poorly I was treated.
This experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never do business with this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well. If this is how they treat paying customers, it speaks volumes about how little they value anyone’s time or money.
I was shopping for an outdoor rug
I was shopping for an outdoor rug, and found one I liked after about 20-30 minutes. I was excited to see it had a 50% off clearance sticker on it. That would make it about $30. Awesome deal right? Not so much. I was told by the register lady it's not on clearance, and that the sticker didn't belong on it. It sure looked like it was firmly stuck on it to me. I guess the customer isn't always right on this store. I purchased it anyway, but I'll be going elsewhere from here on. Quite disappointed. Please do better.

I would give it zero stars if I could, but I have to give it a one. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The product they sent us was the wrong product,it arrived damaged, the shipping box that it came in looked like it had been run over by a truck. dealing with Customerservice is very difficult if not impossible, product is garbage. I definitely do not recommend doing business with this company.
