This process was a huge improvement over trying to complete the India visa application online. The official form asks an overwhelming number of questions and can honestly feel like a deterrent to even visiting.

With this service, it was simple and straightforward. I only needed to enter my departure date, my full name, and upload a photo of myself along with my passport. That was it. Three quick steps.

The experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. If you’re trying to avoid the complexity of the standard application process, this is a much better option.

My Schengen visa is refused for the first time in my life. I've been traveling to many Schengen countries frequently for decades, never had a problem. This was the first time I worked with Atlys, my application was well prepared and I got a refusal. They can't help with appeal process or provide more info about why the refusal. All they can do is charge me again for a new application.

Yes they did already. As I've said above, all they can suggest is I pay again for a new appointment.

Smooth process

Avoid. We paid the fee on 30th of March for a trip on 19th of May. Two weeks later we receive news that they have been no visa appointment booked and no slots available. They now block our calls to customer service. They put too much money into advertising and less into their service. All calls to customer service are on a very bad phone line to people in India. After 2 weeks receiving emails that we haven't uploaded documents we found out they never booked the visa interview to Greece. On a call to customer service one week ago they said the bank statements needs to be within seven days which is only possible seven days out of every month. They said regardless they would still book the visa interview and proceed with our application. There are no Easter holidays in India, unacceptable. Their website makes it impossible to upload the most recent bank statement.

I had a smooth and hassle-free visa application experience with Atlys for japan visa. The entire process was handled professionally, with clear communication and timely updates at every step.

A special mention to Kadambani Singh, who managed my case—she was extremely supportive, responsive, and ensured everything was taken care of efficiently. Her guidance made the process much easier and stress-free.

The only slight disappointment was that I was expecting a longer-term visa (around five years), but the visa issued was for a much shorter duration. That said, I understand this is subject to the embassy’s discretion.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service provided by Atlys and truly appreciate the professionalism and effort put in by the team, especially Kadambani Singh.
