This company is very misleading in the way they sell their product. When you are about to checkout they show you in bold the price of the visa and then after you pay and they take your money they the slug you with their fee in my case was $596 which is a joke no one charges fees like this. Then when I want to cancel they try and tell me I can't get a refund as I paid in credits which is bullshit because they were quick to take money out of my account. Steer clear of these SCAMMERS

Not happy with the price

Umair from the atlys team was really helpful in the visa process for China. There was a major delay by the embassy yet he gave me the confidence supported me through and expedited the process on a very special request.

Easy to use service, very efficient

you people made the thailand visa on the expired passport. It was my fault that one passport uploaded was wrong but to my surprise, what was your team doing.
for what you people took money from me for a thing which was TOTALLY FREE

If i could give less then one star I would, I applied for visa in December 2025 and told them I need appointment in end of January because I will not be in the country after, instead of that they gave me feb and they accused me i didn’t show up at the consulate, even I told them I won’t be in the country and this appointment is not convenient for me. I am waiting more then three months for new appointment and now this geopolitical tension happens, Atlys doesn’t wanna give me money refund(money they deducted automatically even I told them I am not happy with the appointment before), by the way they deducted for URGENT visa process and it will be almost 4 months I am waiting, they not offering a solution of making appointment in other country instead or anything, very unprofessional staff and very bad service i don’t recommend to anyone!

Ich habe bei Antragstellung für ein Ägypten Visum bereits 36 € bezahl. 3 Tage später bekomme ich die Benachrichtigung, dass das Visum fertig sei, dieses aber nur nach nochmaliger Bezahlung von ….. Achtung!!! 47 € für mich bereitgestellt wird Das ist an Unverschämtheit nicht zu überbieten!!

I got my scheduling /appointments and paper work on time. when i thought they did their part correctly i got a scare on the day of appointment - they printed my dob incorrectly and was pointed out by my visa officer. I had to pay extra at the office as atlys was reachable but said they cant rectify it within a short time and agreed to reimburse the charges. I totally relied on them but shocked that they made basic mistakes like this. The reimbursement was done on time. Their service charges was equivalent to visa charges but their careless attitude in even filling a form left me with a bad taste on them.
The less said about their app the better. Its been 2 weeks i got my visa but the app says application complete 50%..🤣 🤣..

Overall process experience is good.
