GOOD SERVICE

Application process was easy and smooth and we got the visa before ETA.

Used the Atlys App and paid the initial $60 for a visa for Egypt travel. App did not let me finish this application, waited several days and tried again, this time more succes and paid the $ 40 government fee . In order to “ download” my visa ( one month later!) they wanted another $125 ! So it’s a savam to not be upfront about all the costs. Client service promised to call me but never did. I would not use this service !

Chat assistance was very quick and team was very supportive and helpful, additional sponsorship letter and any other documents could easily be shared via email and chat. The team were well co ordinated and the visa was delivered 2 days ahead of time. Very professional and timely service. Appreciate the hassle free visa process. Unable to add traveller

I made an enquiry on the app about the turkey e visa and I was told I do not need to attend any appointment and can just walk in , I asked a couple of times before making the payment and I got same answer , i got an email saying my appointment as been scheduled after I made the payment , I logged a complaint immediately and I was told the appointment is just for a show and I do not need to attend it and all I have to do now is wait for my visa to be out , 3 days after I made an enquiry about the update on my visa and I was told I have to attend my appointment so all my documents can be registered , after I was told the appointment was just on paper and I do not need to attend , it’s been a week now of me asking for my refund and I was told I can’t get a refund and my appointment can only be rescheduled . I do not want my appointment rescheduled, I want my money back !

Overall process of submission for Vietnam e-visa in Atlys website was very simple and easy. Got visa from Atlys before time.
