I’d recommend these to anyone that wants a fast and painless ear piercing experience at home. I was so scared at first. I was surprised how painless it was. Second day swelling has gone down and very little redness and no pain.

Easy to navigate site!!!

Beware, they may have an Australian website but items are posted from overseas. The claim of their products being ‘genuine’ is dubious at best. I was sent a free sample size item (with the ‘Not for Sale’ specification printed on the packaging) after paying for a full sized item, RRP $140, when I reached out to them to rectify the issue, I was told I could keep the sample pot and a 25% off discount for my next purchase as a ‘gesture of goodwill’. They are not adhering to Australian Consumer Laws, which makes me wonder what else they are doing that is dodgy. I would advise everyone be VERY careful for anyone who is looking to purchase from them in the future, I certainly won’t be!

This company is a fraud, I have made a complaint with evidence and I was promised refund no longer than 5 days, it’s been two weeks and no refund or communication

It was easy to order, tracking kept me well informed and arrived with a couple of weeks, which to Australia is pretty good.

Amazing customer service, always responded quickly to my questions and the product is perfect.

They are horrible to deal with , we purchased hot stones and they sent the wrong ones and then made us pay through the roof for postage, had informed them we needed the refund back into a different account because we were undergoing a fraud situation and they went ahead knowing this and put it back into the fraud account giving it to the wrong person. We now have lost money and their legal team is shutting us down. Never buy from this company they are negligent and bad to communicate with, happy to send further pictures of emails to prove it but please be warned !!!

Ordered from Ninth ave as they advertised as an Australian company as Iknew the product i was purchasing is a US product.
Order has still not been delivered. They take longer than Temu.
If i had known it would take this long i would have Ordered directly from the US company as they have better and cheaper deals.

Very poor customer experience

Well the experience wasn’t exactly perfect, as I got the wrong product. However, what I got works well enough.

DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR PAYMENT THEY SAY THE PRODUCT YOU ORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE AND NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU TELL THEM TO REFUND YOUR MONEY THEY WILL HARASS YOU TO BUY AN ALTERNATIVE ITEM YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO ACCC IF THEY WONT REFUND MY MONEY. 😡😡😡
