Shipping is over priced
The website is easy to use. The products are great. My only issue is that for $24 shipping it should be sent by express post.

Hey there we are so happy to hear that our website was easy to use and that you love our products! We are sad to hear that your experience with our shipping was not what you expected. 💔
We have noticed that shipping rates have recently increased which has caused additional charges that our company must pay in the process. We are currently charging the amount that we are paying to carriers and fulfillment centers. However, we hope to negotiate these prices in the future, but currently, these are the rates available to us.
Thanks again for taking the time to leave us a review! We hope that you are enjoying your adventures!

Customer service was so helpful and really easy to communicate with.
I reached out regarding a concern I had, with no information as I'd been given as a gift, and they were super accommodating and responded really quickly. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Hey there, we totally understand that getting a package late around the holidays is not ideal so we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that may cause. We note at the checkout and on our FAQ page that the shipping time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed, due to carrier or weather-related delays. 💔
It looks like since this review was made, your order was marked as delivered! If this is not the case, please reach out to the support team at support@theadventurechallenge.com and someone from our team would love to help you! Thanks again for taking the time to leave us a review!

Partner bought this
Partner bought this, I didn't like it, now it just causes more arguments.
It has the sorts of activities that are things I am just not interested in at all.
If you think you partner wants to spend time "buying the perfect candle" then go ahead.
Bad purchase, do not recommend.
Try a book of ideas you can actually choose and agree on, not some gimmick surprise way to cause arguments

Fun ideas
Fun ideas, came quickly! However won't be supporting again due to needing to unsubscribe from messages of celebration on a public day of mourning in Australia. Maybe offer celebrations on a more appropriate day. Cheers
