Love the style, fit & quality of Aubin clothing. Order processing and delivery are very prompt with just the notifications you need nothing more.

Joe was excellent and knowledgeable with american customer service levels. He also arranged rapid tailoring adjustments to meet a tight deadline. We will definitely be back - and the jacket cuff buttons work - excellent detail. Thanks again

I needed a black linen suit for a summer wedding and had tried on options at Moss, Muji, M&S and John Lewis before visiting the Aubin & Wills Soho store. While all the others, apart from at Moss, were much cheaper the quality and cuts were nowhere near as good as A&W's.
The staff in the shop were relaxed yet very helpful, offering advice on how different sizes looked and explaining I could still use the 15% online new customer discount for signing up to their newsletter. As they only had the trousers in my size with a long leg they pinned them up and said they'd get them hemmed for me and post to my home address all free of charge (Moss wanted £40 for adjustments as I recall).
The suit arrived a week later and looks great. I haven't worn it in the current heatwave, so can't comment on how it will wear.
I've bought shirts from A&W before and been very pleased with them apart from the sewing on some of the buttons, which came loose very quickly - easily rectified but shouldn't happen at that price point.
Overall, I'd highly recommend A&W's clothes for their quality and style, plus their excellent customer service.

Superb clothing and customer service. Gets better over time as opposed to fast-fashion. My favourite clothing brand. In a world of cancel and disposal, Aubin stands out as cherished by their wearers. Highly recommend and well worth the money.

Just discovered this brand. The quality and fit of the clothing is superb. Priced fairly as well. I had to exchange a jacket because I bought the wrong size (Pasmore suit, which is very smart, yet still casual enough for jeans. Extremely versatile). The staff at the George Street branch were all excellent, helpful and friendly.

Lesley Anne was amazing , so helpful and knowledgeable she helped me pick my outfit and was so friendly showing how different items complimented each other i would highly recommend shopping there with Lesley Anne to anyone.

My husband was originally not keen on entering the shop, perhaps it would be a cords n cardigans! Well it was great, 20mins later, lovely striped jacket and swimming shorts wrapped and ready to go.
The girls managing the shop were so helpful and smiley, loved seeing them actually enjoying the challenge of selling and keeping the shop looking great.

Bought Aubin cord trousers in John Lewis at the end of January. Within weeks they were showing patches of wearing. Contacted Aubin more than a month ago. Provided proof of purchase and sent them back. They eventually acknowledged that there was an issue and offered an exchange or store credit. But because Aubin took so long to deal with the issue they were out of a replacement pair, and refused to provide a refund. Aubin says it is legally prevented from providing me a refund (which I don't believe - if they wanted to send me £109, there is nothing stopping them). So now need to go back to John Lewis, wasting more of my time. What a hassle. Will never buy anything from them again.

A despatch error was quickly resolved and correct order sent out by customer services. Thanks to Matt for resolving promptly. Clothes are really good quality

Further update: The second pair swiftly arrived and all is well.

Ordered a suit with two sets of trousers, only one set arrived in the delivery. I am awaiting a response from Aubin & Wills but note that another review has had the same problem.

I bought a pair of so-called 'utility' trousers from this company, which couldn't be a more inaccurate description. Purchased for £105 in August '25, by December the stitching around the fly had come completely undone. I made a claim through the one-year guarantee, for which the only option was to repair (the trousers were out of stock). After battling the AI customer service and finally getting through to a human, plus about a two-week wait, these were eventually repaired. Come April '26 and the rest of the stitching in the gusset unravelled. When I sent a further guarantee claim they responded saying they had no record of my order in the first place. They've finally refunded the cost of the trousers (they called this a gesture of 'goodwill', despite it being part of their one-year guarantee, and my trousers falling apart after 8 months), but the customer service, the reliance on AI and terrible product means I won't be buying from them again. Aubin & Wills are just another company in what is now a saturated field of brands charging exorbitant prices for what they claim is top quality stuff. Hard to know where to turn these days.

They charge for return as well.
