Terrible experience with Auction House trying to buy a property - after property didn’t sell at auction then they went back to the bidders playing one off against another like a Dutch auction. I wouldn’t trust these people and I won’t be using them again.

Fantastic service from start to finish, Romilly is amazing and made a sensitive situation a lot easier on us all as a family and I can’t thank you enough, the communication was amazing from start to finish always knew where we where in the process of things, honestly can’t recommend enough thank you so much.

I bought a property after the auction with Auction house,I mainly dealt with Romilly who was fantastic all the way through the process. It was all very straightforward, no stress whatsoever.

We were placed in a very difficult situation with a relative who had suffered a stroke and needed to sell the property fairly quick for care fees. We were worried about the state of the property and having to clear it out which would have been a nightmare. We did not want to go down the ‘estate agent’ route and went to Austin Gray. From the very first contact with Kate and the rest of the team, we were put at ease and felt the pressure lift. Kate saw us through to a successful sale which was completely stress free for us.

I can't recommend The Auction House, Manchester, enough! We are not quite over the final hurdle yet due to some complexities but Evie and Rachel have been absolutely fantastic!!! What really stood out to me was the level of care and commitment throughout the entire experience. It’s clear that they genuinely take pride in what they do and go the extra mile to ensure everything is handled properly, but with care and that personal touch. We never felt over looked!

The communication was excellent, of a very high standard, and we always felt supported and well-informed. Their dedication and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

They dealt with some difficult, emotional conversations with such grace, can't thank them enough!

My brother’s property was in a very sorry state. Everyone close to me said the place will not sell, don’t get involved!
I needn’t have worried though as I made the right choice of Agents. Auctionhouse Wales in partnership with Dafydd Hardy came through with spot on advice, in a friendly and confident manner.
Suffice to say the house has sold exceeding original estimates. Great teamwork and great advice. Don’t waste your time get it on the market with Auction House.
