Terrier
Who resolved my ear wax problem very and jolly person who made a professional job of my ears . Thank you Yvonne

My third visit and every one has been super easy. Terri always explains the process and most importantly (for me) shows me what she can see and what has come out my ears 🙂

Thorough, courteous and professional service which you can rely on.

I previously used a big national company and was astounded by the difference when I went to Hidden Hearing. Not only is the service better and more knowledgeable but my hearing aids are far superior to those I had before.

Great Annual review, checking hearing and hearing health, very professional and supportive to your needs, would recommend

Reception was not all that welcoming - efficient but that was it. Once Kia welcomed me for the consultation it was top rate - friendly, informative, sympathetic and thoughtful. Being able to zoom straight next door for Terry to remove the wax from my ears and conduct an initial hearing test was brilliant.

Can’t recommend Hidden Hearing enough. Took my Nan and Grandad to the Chester branch to have ear wax removed. They put them at ease instantly, took time to explain everything clearly and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Thanks for everything.

Kia was amazing as always she listens then changes things to suit each customer.

I had a problem with interpreting the sound I was hearing into the conservation. Discovered I had wax in my ears which is going to be resolved in the next 2 weeks. Excellent service was given to me by Kia at the location in Chester.

Excellent service .Lady very professional and very pleasant.

Reminders about my appointment so I didnt forget, or change it if I needed to.
Warm welcome on arrival and audiologist very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Explained every step of the appointment.

Friendly and efficient

I was slightly apprehensive as I had never had my ear wax removed using suction and also had never been to Hidden Hearing before. As soon as I arrived I felt completely at ease. The lady who did the treatment explained very clearly what would happen and before she put the instrument in my ear she let me hear what the noise would sound like and told me to tell her to stop if I needed a break from it. It was far pleasanter than having my ears syringed as I had in the past. I will not hesitate to return to Hidden Hearing the next time I need my ears syringed as wax removing.

I had an appointment in Chester with Daniel Nicholson. He was so thorough and explained what and why he was doing at every stage. I must admit that I was a bit apprehensive before I got there, thinking it would be high pressure sales. But far from it! He didn’t pressurise me at all, but fully explained what problems I have with my hearing, and left the decision completely up to me, to go back when I have decided what to do.
Thank you Daniel

The Audiologist was brilliant the lady explained everything very clearly and as very patient with me

Very professional service with staff friendly and helpful. As always a pleasure to visit the Chester Branch

After a number of years wearing hearing aids that still left me only picking up 60% of a conversation, which understandably created friction between by Wife & I. Further frustration at my confused replies to conversations amongst my friends and golf partners, convinced me to book an appointment with Hidden Hearing at Chris Malkin Physiotherapy in Heswall on the Wirral.

On arrival I met Kate, who immediately put me at ease understanding the issues that I was having. After an inner ear examination and hearing test I tried on some Oticon miniRite hearing aids, with the latest AI technology. There was an immediate improvement, I was delighted. The hearing aids came in three levels, I chose the top model, which is the most expensive but comes with the highest level of adjustments. After my order came in (less than a week) Kate adjusted them to my prescription via software on her computer. I went away delighted at my improved hearing, as delighted as I was it paled in comparison to how happy my wife was that I was no longer misinterpreting our conversations - as the saying goes “Happy Wifey, Happy Lifey!” It was great to be my old self with my mates joining in with full conversations again, as I had started to become withdrawn as I couldn’t really fully understand what was being said, so I stayed quiet. Kate has been amazing in helping me normalise my life again by giving me the technology to get my hearing back. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone with hearing issues to book an appointment with Kate at Chris Makin Physiotherapy in Heswall. You I am sure will be as delighted as I have been, it’s not just about hearing it’s getting your relationships back. Thank you Kate, you are Amazing!

Very helpful and professional service. Removal of earwax was completed in a very satisfactory way. Very impressed with the overall service from Terri.
