It is so pleasing to find great value and exceptional service in one. I reached out to the hearing company after being given eye watering quotes, for the hearing aids I wanted. Within 2 days of contacting them, the audiology consultant Jijo Mathew visited me at home, and 2 hours later, I had new hearing aids.. The Phonak ones I chose were good but larger than I expected, which is only a problem because I wear glasses. That was no problem and Jijo visited me for a third time with replacements that have been a great improvement. His commitment and passion for what he does is incredible, and not only has he helped me greatly with my hearing loss, he's also assisted with managing my tinnitus. I could not have had better service anywhere, and this is for more than £1,000 less than the first quote I received.

I attended my appointment with Jessica Watson and found it totally different from a previous appointment with another company,. Jessica was very professional in the way she made me feel relaxed and the information provided was very informative. I felt the service provided was excellent and I would certainly recommend Jessica to any colleagues and friends who were unsure about making an appointment for a hearing test.

I have had 2 NHS appointments with Pranash James at Hastings Station Plaza. He is a lovely man, polite and patient and I had a very thorough hearing test and check-up followed by the fitting of Danalogic aids.
At my follow up appointment on 17 Aug, I explained that I was really struggling with these aids so Pranash fitted another type of Danalogic and when I still couldn't hear as well as with my old Phonak aids he did 2 more tests to enable him to fine tune the new aids to my hearing loss (80% in both ears).
Pranash's care was far beyond my expectations; going well over my appointment slot and not rushing at all.
The only downside is that The Hearing People are only able to issue NHS clients with Danalogic Aids which are quite bulky (especially if you wear specs) and do not have the clarity of Phonak.
However, Pranash did everything he possibly could to match Danalogic aids to my hearing requirements and I cannot thank him enough.

Very professional experience from start to finish. All steps explained and the hearing test done and results discussed and options explained. The fitting of hearing aids done all at the same time, including setting up the app on my I Phone. Left with an excellent booklet going over all of the facts. Can't thank Jessica enough!

I had a consultation with Pranosh at East Preston feeling slightly nervous but was quickly put at ease by his clear, friendly and efficient Manner. I came away comfortable with my first hearing aids. I would certainly recommend Pranosh to others. - Irene D

From start to finish was excellent - my appointment was punctual and Harisanker made me feel at ease. The whole procedure time wise surprised me in how quick the process of assessing my hearing to being issued with a pair of hearing aids. All this was carried out in less than 40 minutes. So far so good the hearing aids have made so much difference to my quality of life.

Easily booked and attended appointment 4 days later. Very good audiologist less than an hour later I was fitted with my first hearing aids and able to hear with clarity for first time in several years. 2 weeks later have no issues. Enjoying hearing correctly again.

My husband, Philip, took time off work to have a 10 am appointment on Monday 17th August. It was confirmed via text to his mobile and also via email. By 11 am the audiologist had not turned up so he went to work. I rang the company asking for an explanation and the lack of communication. After waiting at least 10 minutes to be connected I was told the audiologist had tried to contact us. I asked what number they used and was told my mobile number!! They did not have this number until I rang in with the complaint. I requested an apology and was told a lady audiologist would ring. After several emails (unanswered) she called to say there was no access to our property- a complete lie and also that she had rung several times - again there were no missed calls - besides we were both in and would have heard. The next day we got a call from a male audiologist apologising for not turning up -once again giving the same excuse . They asked if we would make another appointment- this would mean two mornings of missed income - so yes we would go ahead as long as we were given a considerable discount on products purchased- we have not heard anything since. Do not use this company as the whole experience was a shambles!!

Absolutely first class service from the very first contact. Helpful beyond belief and a fantastic price. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received. Fully recommend if you are looking for a great buying experience.

Pranosh James was very thorough in his assessment. He understood my needs exactly and took time to talk to me about them and show me the graphs from my test. With some prompting I made an appointment on-line and was surprised at the choice of times available.
Friendly efficient service, a hearing test confirmed what I thought and hearing aids were supplied, calibrated, fitted , tested and care procedures fully explained. A week on and I'm getting used to them and find them very helpful.

All through the testing and subsequent aids fitting Geethu explained the processes thourghly, and in a friendly manner which put me at ease. The service I received was first class.
