I attended for a wax removal procedure.
I was provided with clear instructions with how to prepare my ears for the removal in the week leading up to my appointment. Cherelle who carried out the procedure on the day was friendly and professional, and the procedure was quick and painless. Cherelle also provided me with after-care instructions.

It was my first session for my ear wax removal and Linda was great.

Saw Linda Morgan today for ear wax removal she was fantastic, polite, gentle and explained the process I was about to go through, very experienced. I can now hear properly ( only downside is I can now here the wife)🤣thank you Linda I would definitely recommend ❤️

Good service, friendly etc.

Wow what can I say about the lovely two ladies that work there. Receptionist was so welcoming and kind making you feel at ease as soon walk in. Offered tea coffee etc while we wait. I arrived early and it wasn’t a problem they saw me straight away. Linda the lady that extracted the wax from my ear was just wonderful! So polite and caring going through all the steps and showing me the process as we went on. Was worries about the wax being too hard but fortunately she done an amazing job and managed to get all my wax out. Such a relief and I can’t thank them anymore.

I was worried about my hearing sound for a very long time , I start looking a place to do a test and I found Hidden Hearing. I book an appointment online and next day a very helpful lady call me to confirm I don’t know her name, she help with my booking as there was a duplicate book and my one was not issue but she short it out and she even say don’t worry your appointment wouldn’t be cancel. When arriving to the centre , I was received with a smile and the lady also ask me if I want a cup of coffee. What a professional and welcoming place. After waiting for 10 mins I was received by Mr Kalhan , who was welcoming and professional, luckily my hearing was good I was worried for nothing. The test was very easy and Mr kalhan was very professional answer all my questions . I left hidden hearing that day with a my question answer and happy also I enjoy the day . I fully recommend Hidden hearing as number one centre for hearing aid.

Attended the branch at park street Croydon from booking to completion 5*service from reception Janine (I think) to Linda who carried out procedure talked and showed pictures throughout was even offered a parking space

Linda is a miracle worker! She restored my hearing to full capacity

I always get a warm friendly reception from the staff at your Croydon branch. They have been so helpful during the last few months.

After repeated blocking in one ear I met Linda in Streatham. She made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. My wax was too hard to extract but Linda advised on which drops to use. A week later I was back at Croydon this time and all extracted. We’ll worth the money. And ask for Linda!

Had a good session with the audiologist. My hearing was good with no recommendation for hearing aids. Only problem is that the room is not sound-proofed and I was hearing sounds from outside the room during the test which is not ideal . This could probably have been negated by using noise cancelling earphones.

I went in to get my ear micro-syringed. This was done by Linda who over my three visits was very conscientious and skilled, advising me on different products to use to try to help the wax to soften. On the third occasion she succeeded and was as delighted as I was. I'll certainly return in the future.

I have been visiting the Croydon branch of Hidden Hearing recently for ear wax removal. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, in particular Linda Morgan, the young woman who has been treating me. She is extremely efficient and thoughtful, carefully explains every stage of the procedure and makes me feel reassured and comfortable.
