Highly recommended as far as I'm concerned, I had a terrible experience at my local pharmacy with an ear syringe, I brought my stepfather here who is 82 and the care was exceptional the lady who done his ears , explained everything and it was done comfortably and professionally within minutes , with no discomfort whatsoever, if I ever have to get mine done again I most certainly will come here, staff in here is amazing and so friendly 😀

Always impressed by the knowledge of the consultant and his readiness to explain and advise on my hearing. The tests are conducted in a relaxed way and the results fully discussed. There is also that little bit of personal chat that helps to relax and shows interest.

Dave - the hearing expert is willing to spend all the time we need to get my hearing aids dialed in for the perfect settings that I need.

My hearing is pretty bad so I splashed out on the top of the line Oticon hearing aids and I am SO glad I did.

The Oticon support keeps creating new tests that all benefit me. After all the testing Dave does, he the programs the hearing aids with very accurate, fine tuned for me, program.

He is one of the few medical professionals that I feel heard (that is actually funny) and not rushed.

Add the officer manager, Hilda who is like sunshine on a cloudy day, and I look forward to my visits.

My hearing is unbeliveable, and if you don't believe me, ask my wife. No more her saying what did you say?
