After an enforced absence, my hearing was tested, aids have been updated they perform so much better, very happy and my service kit has been replenished.

Everything is fine

Joe came to do a home visit for my elderly parents who were both struggling with their hearing. He explained the hearing test and options for the hearing aids thoroughly, and was very patient and kind with mum and dad. It’s lovely the whole family can have a proper conversation with both of them now, it’s made everything so much easier for everyone. Would highly recommend Hidden Hearing, the service has been outstanding from start to finish, we cannot thank you enough Joe!
