Very professional with a smile - latest equipment

Having received slightly disappointing results from several other earwax microsuction clinics in the past, I attended the Leeds Headrow branch on 4th of September. I was treated by Mandy, a most gentle, professional and friendly audiologist. All stages of the process were clearly explained in easy to understand terms and it was fascinating be able to view the ear canals on screen, something I’ve never seen before. I would certainly recommend Mandy at the Leeds Hidden Hearing clinic for audiology treatment.

Faraz is a very helpful hearing specialist, plenty of guidance and reassurance. The office staff also friendly and excellent admin support. Looking forward to ongoing follow up.

I found Hidden Hearing after a quick search of the Internet. I needed an urgent appointment as I was experiencing severe pain due to impacted hardened wax, pressing against my ear drum. They were offering appointments much sooner than the other companies out there. Prior to the appointment,I was quite apprehensive about the whole suction removal process. I am in my 60's and have never had this done before. I needn't have been nervous. Upon arrival I was welcomed by the friendly receptionist, and offered a coffee. The premises were modern and spotlessly clean. Mandy the Audiologist was fantastic. She explained in detail what would happen next. Starting with how the machine operates, demonstrating the suction pressure on the back of my hand. They took before and after pictures/video using a tiny camera. Mandy was kind and gentle throught the procedure.saying we could stop at any time. She skillfully operating the equipment. I felt very reassured. I would highly recommend this company.

Efficiency and understanding. From the word "GO", some years gone, the quiet efficiency of Hidden Hearing has been apparent. The understanding of different problems is to the fore and the speed of their provision of hearing aids was amazing, followed up by regular "maintainance" sessions. All of this has made for a much easier life and being able to hear so very much better.

hi, i made a visit to my Hidden Hearing branch in leeds for ear wax removal, i was met by a very friendly lady on reception, who made me very welcome, i had my ears checked and an appointment was made. two weeks later my ears sorted by Mandy, who was very informed and described every stage of the procedure, very caring and the whole process painless. i have no personal interest with this company but would highly recommend there services.

Recently had my second visit for completion of ear wax removal. Thanks to Mandy the quality of hearing after this visit has improved dramatically and l can reduce the hearing level on my aids quite significantly so I'm winning all round.

Absolutely great service, great communication ended up passing my hearing test and ended up leaving my army documents by accident and they emailed me straight away and kept them safe for pick up again, I would recommend this service to absolutely anyone great company, great team, great people!
