Saw Tracy this morning, to have my ears vacuumed out. Very nice lady, explained the procedure in depth, before commencing. The actual removal took about 15-20 minutes and caused no discomfort, whatsoever. Very pleased!

Visited today to have my ears syringed, by Tracy Vaughan excellent service and so professional, but so so friendly would highly recommend

I visited the Lichfield branch last week and saw Tracy for ear wax removal. She couldn’t have been friendlier or more conscientious. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this service to others and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

My first time having Micro suction wax removal. Was recommended to try it by friends. Procedure was explained very clearly and Tracy checked regularly to see if I was feeling OK. Great having photos taken of inside ear, before and after. Very pleased with end result and hearing test done too.

Fantastic place, very professional and friendly. Tracey persevered with my ears and my hearing is much better now. A test was used afterwards to ensure I could hear a variety of frequencies.

Very happy with the wax removal experience with Tracy Vaughan in Lichfield. Quite high tech and I was able to see before and after images. Tracy is very good at putting you at ease and gives a truly professional service. Not cheap but worth it to be able to hear again.

Wax removal - A friendly & welcoming approach by Tracy, the Ear Care Practitioner. She explained clearly the procedures which would be involved & ensured I had not previously experienced any ear conditions which might cause risk from these. The actual wax removal was quite painless & was carried out thoroughly & professionally & I am already feeling the benefits of this. Will not hesitate to return if I believe further treatment/ examinaion is required.

I attended an appointment to have ear impressions made for some very, very expensive custom moulded in-ear earphones. I presented the Audiologist with a print out advising very specific instructions that must be followed and diagrams. He dismissed them telling me "I don't need to see this, I do these all the time". He then attempted to force me to put a mask on. I told him I was exempt (A debate then ensued) and I asked him what the point of me putting a mask on was anyway as I would have to put the "one inch bite block" in my mouth necessary to make the impressions properly. He then proceeded to tell me that a bite block was not needed. I told him it absolutely WAS necessary and that all of this is clearly stated in the printed material he refused to look at. He then told me that they wouldn't be able to do it if a bite block was necessary as they don't have any bite blocks. I left the building without any impressions having been produced, with my morning having been wasted and I'm absolutely disgusted at the way the audiologist treated me.
